Brandon was great! Walked in, he asked how the mattress was going to be used (daily or for guests), if I wanted firm or soft, then he recommended which ones I should look at. He then let me look around and try out the mattresses. Brandon was helpful and attentive, without being pushy. Very knowledgeable. All of my guests have loved my Verlo mattress.

I have been a Verlo fan for decades. This store ranks #1 in local bed supplies for a reason. It is organized, spotless, and has sales people who are both realistic and knowledgeable. My husband and i got supplies for our guest room in less than 20 minutes. We were educated in new allergy protective covers which we purchased along with a bed. It will be delivered on Saturday--a surprising and very accommodating day of the week. We were happy with all aspects of the shopping experience.

I called the Verlo store and talked to Brandon about a specific mattress that my mother wanted. She had purchased one that was on sale at another local Mattress Store, but they couldnt fill the order. (they were out of stock of their showroom demo). I spoke with Brandon and gave him the specific specs of the mattress and he told me he could have the mattress custom built and match the sale price of the other store. He then told me, he would have it shipped to their store and my mother could come in and try it out and if she liked it, buy it. Well, she went in and checked it out and it was fine, but then she found another mattress that she liked even better. It was much more expensive (over 3 times), but because it was floor model, he agreed to sell it to her for the exact same price! Unbelievably cool. My mom was so excited and happy that she got such a great mattress for that price. These guys are great at meeting the customers needs and then blowing right past that with incredible service. Seriously, customer service like that is rare, and Im very happy we found Verlo!

Went to Verlo mattress seeking a high quality mattress before our move. The sales manager Brandon showed us around and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Through careful consideration we ended up going with the v7, the most comfortable mattress my wife and I have ever layed on. Overall, great mattress and experience at Verlo was top of the line.

Horrible service, walked in and asked to see twin beds. The salesman stood behind the service counter and point to the back of the store, telling us the least expensive ones were on the left and as you walk to the right they become more expensive. He did not move to offer assistance. Too bad he lost a sale for two twin spring and mattress sets.

The place was great but you basically have to order all the things from Green Bay otherwise they have the showroom to look at they just dont have the beds to give you. They will actually order the stuff for you and have it shipped to your house. So if you dont mind waiting the place is great

Excellent mattress, The salesman was helpful selecting a new mattress. The store has a wide variety to select from. The new matress was delivered about a week ago and I have slept well since!

Dont know about factory, but my RV CAME WITH A QUEEN VERLO. I said a who ??? being from Florida, but man... Is the VERLO cumfy !!! Nice bed, that seems to hold up too! MIGHT JUST BUY A REGULAR ONE FOR THE NEW HOUSE. (: NOTHING TOO GOOD FOR LIBERTY GROVE!!!!
