Firstly, I have been a Motherhood Maternity store customer for the past 1 year and I absolutely love their collection and store. I have been to multiple stores across Ohio and have had great experiences, including this store.However this rating is for the non-cooperating and insensitive attitude of the employee towards my 3 month old baby and myself who could not allow us 1 minute more in the store as according to her she would be in trouble if anyone was present in the store beyond 9 pm.I uploaded the receipt so as to make sure I bring to your attention the time of billing, which is already past 9.Our car was parked 100 feet from the store and as soon as I went for billing, my husband went to bring the car to the store front as I did not want to walk back to the car with my 3 month old son in the cold.After the billing I requested the lady to let us wait for 1 more minute as I could already see my husband backing up the car. She would not listen and asked us to leave immediately stating that she could not allow anyone in the store after 9.Given the fact that the billing happened after 9, i am assuming she might have allowed me to stay as long as i did not complete my payment. Looks like she became extremely cautious of the regulations once the payment was processed.This type of behavior from the employee is completely insensitive, unexpected and ironical for a store like this.The employee was young and probably inexperienced and I do aim to cause any trouble for her due to which I have blurred out the Name and Emp #, but dear Motherhood Maternity I would expect some sort of response and action from you regarding this.

The associate(Shelby) was very helpful and attentive. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during what is usually a stressful time for me. I actually left a store feeling good about my purchase! I 100% recommend this store, and I will shop here again before baby arrives!

Amazing experience, easy to find something I need with my growing bump. Nice amount of sales or deals and clearance items to choose from, and I always love a good deal. And the associate working each time Ive gone has been incredibly nice and helpful, I sincerely wish I remembered her name, but just awesome. I was just standing tired looking at the wall of pants seeking to find work slacks but not knowing were to start and she came over asked how she could help and then just whizzed around the store finding a perfect combination to try on.

Nice store for maternity clothes. Staff at the Strongsville store was very helpful. The Lodi outlet store not so much so.

Great staff and very well experienced, love the clothes.

Was able to get my pregnant wife a bunch of stuff that fit without having to go to a large big box store. Customer service was great as well.

My wife has found many great pieces of clothing here, great coupons, and nice clearance section too

Closing....All stores are. Company only wants online business. Very disappointed...I made a drive out here(Strongsville) only to turn around because they barely had anything. Nothing on the website about closing.
