I am absolutely pleased with the service I got a few weeks ago! I came in fidgets but had no clue what to get. I asked a young lady by the name of Ava to help me out and let me tell you she sold me about every thing! She also gift wrapped the fidgets with care. The store was extremely clean, and all the employees working were very kind. Opposed to this I did have a bitter experience at the learning express in westlake. They weren’t very kind and none of them Greeted me.I recommend coming here and I will definitely be back!

This was our second learning express store for the day. The first was very much out of stock, but this store had everything we were looking for.

Great store with a large variety of toys and educational items

The selection of the store was very good, but when I came in around 11, I was not greeted, nor did I see any employees on the floor, the transaction was very rushed and the counter was a mess when I went back there. The store was enjoyable besides the 2 employees.

I had A very nice experience at the Strongsville. The sales clerk Abby went out of her way to help me find a gift for my daughter.

I have mixed feelings about this one, I feel the service for all needs improvement. I feel everyone should be treated equally regardless of race when we all have the same ability to pay . I had a tender experience at the Crocker park location and it left a bad taste in my mouth, I did ask if they were apart of the Strongsville store and was relieved to be told that they were not . Guess who won’t be shopping there .///

Nicest toy store around! Unique finds. Excellent service. Has Dippin Dots Ice Cream. I do agree though that the prices are higher than I like. Lower your prices and you will have a winner!

Hi! I’ve been inside the store multiple times and it’s always amazing costumer service but I haven’t been in awhile, I called to ask about an application and the lady who picked up just had a bad attitude and sounded unhappy;, when I asked to speak to a manger about thier hours the manager also sounded very unhappy, this may be a once thing but I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt.

They have a lot of educational toys that children would enjoy. Their staff is helpful most of the time! But their prices are a little high. They sometimes have sales which is nice, though!

Very nice store, these 2 girls were talking about just starting to smoke cigarettes, but other than that I love the store and the girls were super nice.

The website says it closes at 6 closed a full hour early with the employees just standing inside talking and eating food. Very disappointing. Talk about lazy customer service.

Great selection of toys

Going into this store is like taking your first step into mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium. I brought my kids here for the first time and they went bananas for everything that was in there, Ive never seen my childs eyes light up so much from seeing so many toys and a wide variety of choices for him to pick from. The staff was very helpful when it came to picking a toy for my child especially because it was his birthday. My son made a new friend playing in their imaginative area. After that day my son spent a whole week talking about the magic store at the mall. Thank you so much for feeling my childs imagination Ive never seen him happier, and Ive never been a proud of mom

I wasnt sure what I was looking for when I walked in, but the young lady working was very helpful in assisting me with picking out a gift for my young neice. She asked me 3 or 4 questions and then suggested a few things I knew my niece would absolutely love. Thank You very much!

Kind of more on the younger side. We live in Georgia and we were visiting friends and family and wanted to stop by LE to grab some hosting gifts for the younger “hosts”. I was expecting a lot more variety! They have Melissa & Doug, craft projects, games, and additional toys along that line. But I was looking more for that 9-12 year old girl stuff-like slime, floof, glitter type things, fun lipglosses, etc. Atlanta stores have these types of things and so so so much more. So I was pretty bummed we drove way out of the way to hit LE with not such an exiting inventory to choose from. The people that worked there were super nice though. So a little advice-see if you can find any pics online of the Atlanta stores (North point especially) and take a page out of their book! You guys will be a huge hit!

TONS of great learning toys and gift ideas. Very fun store to be in. Alot of the items are out to try and play with. Always a great time when I take the kids.

My family loves how many great toys are here and I look over how much of it really helps with learning skills.
