Josh was great. We were really surprised my fiancé found a ring at Zales to be honest. She did. It was great. Our service was fantastic. We had to special order ring and it was very easy. Could not be happier with our experience.

I absolutely love this store. Everyone there is understanding of a budget and so helpful. Never felt out of place there. I just upgraded my bridal set and the store manager Josh was extremely helpful and funny and worked with price. Because of him I have the set of my dreams! Salesman and woman failed to properly inform me of the additional fees for mounting a replacement (free warranty diamond) since the original fell out. This Zales also charged me more for the ring than what was priced online on the same day resulting in over $700 that I cant get back. The salesman that I dealt with told me I should consider the lifetime zales warranty when I was told that the lifetime warranty covers metal I thought it was damage to the metal not MOUNTING. Just a sneaky loophole that should have been better explained in the first place. If a diamond falls out its that stores problem for not having quality control down pat to ensure all stones are secure before giving it to a customer. This ring was $2700. Three stars for the original quality of service and the ring (looked) great.

I saw the previous reviews on this location, but decided to visit here anyway. The other location was an hour away. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately by Brian. He was really helpful and my husband was able to have his wedding band resized. Overall, we were happy with our service.

This company has given me more problems than help. My engagement ring was bought 2 years ago and the metal that holds the diamonds in broke and I lost all of my diamonds. I went up there and found out my warranty was expired because I didnt have it cleaned on time (my fault I know) but told me that if I bout the insurance again that they would replace the ring for free. I agreed and was told that it would be in in 3 days. Never heard from them so I went up there a few weeks later and was told it wasnt in yet. No other information. I called today, another 3 weeks later and the store manager (South Park Mall) gets an attitude because I told her my situation before I told her my name. She kept an attitude the whole conversation to the point I have decided I will never shop at Zales again for any reason. Im disappointed that I wont have the same ring but happy I wont have to deal with this company. Before all of this we received a bill in the mail and opened it to find out the payment was due days before and we were charged with a late fee. When we called customer service they pretty much called us liars and refused to reverse the charges. Never again!!!!!

I came in to ask a simple question of what the assumed carat count is in my diamond ring. The worker proceeds to tell me Im not really sure maybe .75, but it looks fake. How extremely unprofessional. I immediately told her to give the ring back and she proceeds to tell me she can test if theyre real after she told me they look fake. Jewelry is sentimental and Im appalled that a worker at a well know jewelry store lacks professionalism. If she doubted the diamonds she should have offered to test them first and not jumped to such conclusions.

Our sales associate was very helpful, and attentive! We will come back again for our future jewelry selections!

Love zales my husband bought me some beautiful pieces in the past..., and Now we are back ones again just bought me for mothers days 2 simple but beautiful pieces bracelet matching the ring love it with my gorgeous birthstones. Just beautiful. Thank you zales.

I just wish that they didnt close the store here in Elyria. I dont mind the drive to Strongsville, but having a store in Avon or Westlake would be nice.

Male employee was rude when handling a sale for one of the promotions. Employees here always seem to be bored or unhappy anyways except one saleswoman.
