This Dollar tree is never really crowded. I never wait long to check out. The staff is always stocking or near the register. I dont have to go look for someone!! Stores clean, neat, theyre pretty stocked when I go.

Employees are always different- never have seen the same one twice. I have to say for STRONGSVILLE I am pretty surprised this company allows a store to look this way. Looks filthy, the green carpet, come on you can’t get this store new floors and a weekend clean up and set expectations for your employees to uphold on simply being a clean store. Someone please tell corporate to help this store out

I have been to Dollar Trees that seem to have more stock or variety, but I do think that speaks to the popularity of this store. Its tough to find exactly what you want sometimes.Morgan is a fantastic cashier and is totally a 10/10 employee there

Love Dollar Tree! Big gift bags, and large liquid soap refills are only $1. Cards are 2 for $1. You cant beat the deals. I wish this store was bigger and had frozen and refrigerated foods like some of the other locations.

My favorite Dollar Tree location is in North Olmsted, but I still like this one. It is a way more crowded area compared to the North Olmsted location. However, there is additional/ out of the way parking behind the store that does help that situation. This store was not as clean as the North Olmsted location, which is why Im going with 4 stars instead of 5. But, I will definitely be a returning customer.

How can you not go to the Dollar Tree got everything I need it

The Strongsville store is closest to me but every time I go there its under stocked and messy. The store in Brunswick has more of what Im looking for and is usually well stocked and organized.

Store had a variety of things to choose from with holiday items. Always a good place to go to find nice things for just a dollar!

The store is an average dollar tree. It wasn’t junky or anything. My issue was the rude associate that checked me out. My receipt says “Lisa”. She put my receipt on the counter instead on putting it in my had. This is the rudest most disrespectful thing. I cannot stand that. Dollar tree needs to train their associates on proper customer service.

This store wasnt as nice as the store in Fairlawn. The workers were wonderful but the store was a little messy.

I was able to find everything I needed for a small birthday party.

Honesty store was average. But the floors are filthy

This Dollar Tree is just like the others. Great amount of things and you just have to weed out the things that aren’t good to find the decent stuff. Great holiday decorations and cheap party favors. My favorite are the balloons. Cheap balloons if you need some for a party. I go here every time I need a balloon. The Halloween decorations are also my favorite as well.

The cashier in dollar tree Strongsville, OHIO at around 6:55pm on 9/22/2019 was very rude. I forgot to take my receipt and then I realized in a minute. I even did not step out of the door of Dollar Tree. When I went back, she refused to give the receipt to me and said she threw away my receipt because I walked away. I was very shocked that a cashier hired by a business refused to give the receipt to a customer. This is really an unpleasant experience. I feel hurt and shocked. She is the rudest cashier I have ever met.

I like their products, but store is usually a mess and has boxes all over.

Treated very unfairly with management team .never appreciated and plays favorites.treated with no respect and did a great job in this store.if your not of managements click forget working here.went above and beyond and live in avon and older and always came in to help then let go for unnecessary reasons.dont work here because if donnette the manager hates you, you will be out of a job then put on as no rehire to really mess you over which is so far from the truth to be and cooperate needs to know this.watch yourself if employed at this one location.

Soo I can understand checking your phone every once and awhile when no customers are around or if there’s no work to be done. However, I visited this location today to pick up a few party decorations and set my items on the belt to purchase and stood in front of the card reader ready to pay, meanwhile my cashier had yet to acknowledge my existence because she was so absorbed in texting whoever instead of maybe greeting me or starting to swipe my items. So she has me wait about 20 seconds until she’s done texting to ring me out. No apology for ignoring me, no quality customer service whatsoever. The only words said to me were “$10.80”. I then asked her name in hopes that whoever’s in charge won’t let it happen again. Her name is Ayesha, the incident occurred June 10th, 2019 at 3:35 pm, if someone could please have a little talk about professionalism with her, I think it could make for some improvement in your business.

If you need low coasting good or moving to a new location very good for that.

Lot of varieties, very inexpensive to shop at, mostly knock off brands but just as good.

I only live 1 mile from this store, I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next dollar tree. The Strongsville store is never clean the mgmt. is never out on the floor, the store always looks like a tornado hit it.

The store is good but its very noisy and dont carry alot of cards for graduations or other cards.
