Really trying to not be THAT customer but twice I came to this store a couple weeks apart to get some stuff and both times they were out of what I wanted and it was different items. Not just one or two things but literally 5 things they just didn’t have in stock. In addition they had some signs up for a free full size item if a certain amount was spent and when I asked about it the associate said that they weren’t running that deal anymore when there was a couple signs around for it. Just a bummer.

First off Ulta is a stand up company, I wasn’t happy with my hair on first time and it might have been miscommunication between myself and the stylist, but I called Ulta and they booked me with Kristen.Kristen did an outstanding job, I finally found my new hair person, she did an amazing job on my hair color and cut. Thank you so much 😊

Got my brows waxed here, I cant remember her name, started with a C, possibly Chloe, but she did an amazing job!!

I shopped there this morning and the first girl that approached me was very pushy. I told her I was in need of new make-up. She grabbed the basket and just started throwing stuff in there. I told her I didnt want any primers or anything like that I personally dont care for them and she just didnt listen. She had an appointment walk in so I politely put it all back except for the foundation. A worker by the name of Maddie had helped me next and she was very helpful and super nice and personable. So Maddie gets 5stars from me!! Thank you for all the help!

I go to this specific Ulta Beauty a lot. I actually had gone today for my first “curb-side order pickup”. I was satisfied! I only waited outside the store for around 4-5 minute’s for someone to come out. I feel like this was very quick and simple. The lady who brought my order out was really sweet and the process only took about a minute. She checked my ID, and then I went on with my day. Now, I personally had a great experience with curb-side order pickup.I do enjoy the shopping experience. I haven’t had any issue’s except one time where I just felt a little unwelcomed by an individual who worked there. I haven’t seen her since, which I am happy about. But, the staff is always friendly. I, now have always felt welcomed and happy to see everyone in the store.I recommend the Strongsville, OH Ulta Beauty!

Great selection of cosmetics always available.

The lack of customer service in this store is unacceptable. While visiting yesterday, with only 5 other people in the store, I waited over 20 minutes for someone to assist me. Three of the staff passed me 4 times (yes I counted them), without stopping to ask if I needed help. This is not the first time this has occurred. Yes, I could have asked for help but when employees are too busy talking to each other and pass a customer by, this is unacceptable. I am in the service industry and have worked retail and have been a secret Shopper.

I placed an online order for curbside pick up and they had my order ready in no joke 15 minutes. Rita answered the phone and i swear i thought she was another recording. She was so friendly and nice and they ran it out in less than 2 minutes. This is what diligent service looks like. Great job ladies💜

My sister got married in May 2015 when I was 16 and I knew then that I wanted to get my makeup professionally done. I went in Ulta in Strongsville and the makeup artist was so gentle, kind, and skilled! I cannot stress that enough: I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY MAKEUP!! the foundation was blended to match my skin perfectly, (which made me particularly impressed later on, since I am not white) and she gave me the winged out liner I had so wanted. It was a perfect experience; and four years later I am longing to go back. :) :) highly recommend.

Baileigh did a FANTASTIC job with my hair 😍 She was able to help me with a cut to bring my curls back to life! Everyone in the Ulta Salon was super helpful. I’m excited to go back for my next color treatment💆🏻‍♀️

I love this Ulta !! The girl named Rachel is always the biggest help. She knows her stuff and is such a sweet girl. Every time I go in there I always go to the front and ask if she is working. I make a special drive JUST to come to this location.

This location is always lacking in customer service. A simple “hello” would suffice for your customers instead you’re stuck with people who’d rather speak to each other than customers. People who spend good money with this company deserve so. I’ll stick to the Parma Ulta.

The one girl was nice but Rita with the blonde hair was really rude and could be less bothered with my return. She rolled her eyes the entire time during my return and had an attitude for no reason. Every Ulta Ive been to seems to have the attitude problem, and Im not sure what it is. I wont be back to this location, if I absolutely have to, Ill order online. Also, no one on the floor was there for help or was nice. Why cant people just be kind to one another?

Made an APPOINTMENT with Carmen for my eyebrows to be waxed. Got there on time and was told she’d be 15 mins. Already annoyed since I had an appointment. Here we are 30 mins later and I’m still waiting. At this point I just leave. I’ll go elsewhere. Don’t make so many appointments.Audrey (esthetician) used to work here and she was AMAZING. I will not be returning to this location since she is gone. If she was fired this place is extremely stupid!

I bought a Rusk Hair dryer as a gift. $120 on sale $85. When I got home I checked it to make sure all the pieces were in it. The extra piece that came with it was already in a torn opened bag. Even the cord was not properly wound. Someone before me had purchased this hair dryer and returned it and Ulta had put it back on the shelf to be sold...again. What a way to deceive the customers. I know they are being sued for putting returned makeup back on the shelves...not a fan.

Nice store but rather pricey

The “21 Days of Beauty” sale is a bait and switch load of garbage. Today, Clarisonic brushes were not available at all, (as advertised,) but of course you had your choice of *other* Clarisonic options . NOPE.So annoyed! Now totally distrust these “sales.”Staff maintained this had nothing to do with them, but with “corporate.”Buh bye ULTA.Taking my business elsewhere.

Ulta is filthy. Company stopped my coupons because I was unable to shop for 3 months. (My sister tragically passed from breast cancer and Id had 2 surgeries - but really...) I went in for birthday gift and I was denied it because I had been dropped from program. Most companies try to encourage customers to come back - no Ulta holds a grudge. Its despicable. They had also not trained any of their sales clerks to handle the outraged customer when the truth came out.

This location has always been a favorite of mine but I recently stopped by after work to get a last minute eyebrow wax for an event I have coming up this weekend.Velta was working the Benefit Brow Bar and when I inquired about her availability for the day, she told me she was unfortunately booked solid. I told her I understood, that it was last minute and my fault for waiting so long and she inquired about my urgency. I explained the situation and she went above and beyond to fit me in that day.She also took the time to help me find products, gave me her honest opinion about other products when I inquired and made the entire experience a fantastic one! Everyone in that store has always been great but Velta is exceptional--friendly, knowledgeable, and does an amazing job at the Brow Bar. I will be back to see her regularly and cannot recommend her highly enough!P.S. She works Wednesdays and Thursdays. 😊

This was the first time going to Ultra. Unfortunately, didnt have a good experience. I walked around the store in search for an item and was not approached by anyone for help. I tried to find someone to ask but some were busy with customers and others were busy talking with other employees. I was frusterated and left. I will not be back.

Nope nope nope. I refuse to go to this Ulta. Staff is so rude and if you are under 30 you get followed the whole time. Im 22 and just trying to find new products. I was insulted numerous times and its just awful. The return process is hurendous. I had a bag of at least $200 that I left because I was so upset about how I was treated.
