Napa carries good parts and the staff are knowledgeable.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and definitely paying attention to customer needs. The phones were going off near-constantly, but Kayla helped me find the best piece for my car and looked up something better than what I had picked out for myself (and for a better price) without any prompting! Im definitely going to be coming back for anything else I may need for my car

Feels like an old school Napa! Like the ones I went into as a kid with my father 35-40 years ago. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, and had everything I was looking for which is rare these days!

The guy Dennis at the counter was really rud The Who time I was there trying to find a radiator hose. They didn’t have the exact one and with 5 minutes left before the store closed his exact words were “as seeing as I have been here 12 hrs I don’t have the time for you to go look at the hose wall and find something “ I was very upset we were leaving that next morning for a trip and had to go elsewhere to find a hose. Very disappointed in the customer service I will never return to this Napa again!

The owner (or the owner’s son) Rich is very unprofessional. I stopped in for an oil change and he spent the majority of the time flirting with me. I would walk away, go outside, check my phone- and he’d eventually follow me. He was more concerned with “getting to know me” (his words) than he was servicing my vehicle! I felt VERY uncomfortable and will NEVER return! I advise all women to think twice about stopping here.

Parts availability is typically pretty good. Pricing is slightly higher than other parts stores but parts are generally higher quality
