Sam called me back personally for a refund on a power tool that didn’t meet the expectations And hype. A refund was made. They stand by their products!

I love our local stores in Ottawa and Streator. The inside staff has consistently been helpful and friendly. The yard staff exceptional. I bought all of the supplies to rebuild a deck and was satisfied with the quality of the lumber and hardware, but completely thrilled with the ease of purchase and loading of product. They made the process pleasant instead of painful. I also bought a storm door from them and was happy for the same reasons.

They are overpriced. If you really need something local its ok. But if you can shop at Menards or Home Depot you will save a lot of money. They also close early at 530pm which is inconvenient
