They always have a good selection. Reasonable prices. The beef there is very flavorful! A little pricey, but definitely worth it. They have very good meat! It has never been a fail. Also checkout there Ice cream they offer a good variety.Definetly download the app if you shop there a lot. Start earning points for you next purchase and for coupons. I waited forever to download. I wish I would have known sooner! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I went in just for bread and eggs but I saw great deals on the way to get the items, and I remember I had the app to get the free Saturday item. Went in for eggs and bread, came out with more items because the deals were to pass. The cashier were really nice and quick we had a good laugh. overall all they made the check out experience amazing they we’re moving the lines supper quick. Definitely coming back to this jewel!!!!!

We like our neighborhood Jewel. Great selection of foods at the deli, the store is clean and well organized and buy 1 get 1 free meat section. The pork and chicken kabobs are fantastic!

Typical Jewel food store. Clean and bright, wide selection and generally decent pricing, especially if you catch a sale on the item you want. Jewel food stores in general, and this one in particular, will always be high on my list of places to go.

This Jewel/Osco, is a lot smaller than most, which also means that larger stores, have a bigger selection of goods! Its also kinda dark, having no storefront windows, except for the two entry doors! I much prefer the Jewel, in Bartlett, Il!

Employee told me he was closed on his register while playing on his phone. He seemed very happy to not be able to assist me. Went to a new register and he had to check my groceries out at the new one. He seemed embarrassed and ashamed by his behavior but still he would be better placed grabbing carts so he can play on his phone more. Poorly run operation. Jewel is done.

This store changes product locations to often. Im wasting to much time trying to locate items. This is a smaller Jewel with displays blocking up the isles. However, they have one of the best meat & produce departments of all the Jewel locations around me. Yesterdays visit was unsuccessful. I left the store empty handed. This store didnt have the item I wanted. I left & went to the Schaumburg store by me and they had plenty of the product I wanted to purchase.

I never felt so disrespect by the assistant manager Nancy i went there in rhe morning she was rude couldnt assist me on what i needed help with you i was very respectful to her. her attitude was horrible very unprofessional so i reach out to her by phone this after noon she answere my question but once again she answere rude and just hang up on me what kind of customer servive is that

Like others said not quite as nice as other Jewels in the area but clean and most of the floor staff are nice and helpful. My two biggest issues is the meat counter that you can get stuck waiting for help at for awhile even as the produce and deli workers see you waiting but do everything they can to avoid eye contact. Then the not all but most cashiers dont even say hello and spend the whole time talking to the bagger about their personal lifes sometimes about things very inappropriate. Overall though a good store.

While the store is newly remodeled, the layout still remains kind of jumbled. Prices on the higher side but good selection.

Been using the delivery service and am very satisfied by there record of on time receiving. Have been using the 2hr delivery window.

I went to Jewel to buy one thing and only one thing that I needed (a filter) and sure enough I ended up with multiple snacks by the time I got to the register. Somehow I didn’t even notice that i didn’t pick up my filter until I was getting into my car and see Daniela bringing it to me. Thank you DANIELA!

All the flowers was gone during mothers day. so sad

They refused to sell me Pepcid (an over the counter medication) after the pharmacy closed because they said it was “locked in the pharmacy”. The cashier and manager were both very unhelpful and did not try to offer a solution to the problem.

Ever since they went through the renovation, this Jewel has become my go-to grocery store! Great sales and a friendly staff make for a very satisfying shopping trip.

Convient but pricy

Jewel is so expensive. I am now going to Fiesta market. I save so much money. I go to Jewel only and only for bread. I cant feed my family of 4 at jewel anymore. Please save money and look at your options.

LOVE that they have an app that you can add points up to gat up to $10 taken off your order.

Its a good place to get groceries and shop but they need more people at the checkout lines. Also sometimes they advertise stuff on their fliers but they dont have the stuff they advertised in the store.

The bakery staff are very friendly. Favorite part of this Jewel. Its my local Jewel that is the closest.

I would rate at zero star. My mother when to this location twice and she been treated very discriminating by their employees!!! She would come home and tell me how your employees treated her very bad!!! I understand my mom dont speak that good of English but they shouldnt treat her that way!! Never again have my mother or any of my friends and familys go to this horrible jewel location. Employees are very RUDE...

Got flu shot quick and easy

Store needs updating and could use some cleaning. Employees seemed very unhappy which is sad because customers like to shop where they are appreciated and theres a welcoming atmosphere. Deli was understaffed so didnt wait. Sales are decent so I put up with this for now.

Unsafe shoping experience employees not enforcing the state mask mandate customers blatantly shopping without masks in front of stockers, cashier, and management with out any face covering. But I mean how could they, they are letting their employees run around with covering on the have their noses exposed

Jewel-Osco is a nice place kept pretty clean actually I dont go there very often I dont care much for their prices it seems that they are the only ones that carry some of the lunch meats that I really like but thats why I keep going to get that but theyre okay I give a decent recommendation here

Im trying to support this Jewel Osco but....they have only one brand name of whiping cream and their choice of potatos is poor.Only 2 cashers are open and line of waiting people is long.

The people are very nice. The pharmacist or I call them doctors Im very knowledgeable. Its the best pharmacy in the whole world

Majority of the staff are grossly unpleasant. Very disgusting and they all seems like very unhappy, miserable people. Lots of Customers only shop here, because this Jewel-Osco is close to them in their community. And the sales that they have every week. Thats the only reason I also used to shop here. Thank God I dont have to shop here anymore for the rest of my life. :)
