I work in Stoughton and recently had a package redirected so I could pick it up at this store. I had a few questions about redirecting and the person I spoke with was super helpful. I was able to pick up my package without issue and the person working in the store at the time provided good customer service. Would use this store again in the future. I own a very small business I operate from my home and use Dave and his UPS Store religiously to ship my “UPS Ground” packages. Since January, I had been struggling to get a billing issue resolved with UPS corporate. (Everyone must understand that all UPS Stores are locally owned.) Dave and his crew had assisted me in my shipments that were under scrutiny and he went to bat for me ensuring UPS corporate that everything relating to the shipment was within policy. It was a long process but Dave never left my side while advocating through his channels in support of a fellow small business owner. Stoughton VFW turns 100 yrs tomrw! Planning was set but of course go big or go home we needed posters and about a week prior to that more invites needed to sent quick! The UPS store Brittani Brianna David Brett another young lady that does graphics made it all happen! Talk about professional communication with me by email re-dones due to my changes more communication and all in the deadline I need it! I just swung into The UPS store here in Stoughton to print a few digital downloads for some fun baby shower games and I was blown away by the level of awesome customer service! I had previously gone to FedEx Express in Madison and had average service, but didnt think anything of it. I cant even compare the quality of service I received here from the minute I walked in the door until I left--outstanding! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Huge shout-out to Tiffany who not only was friendly and helpful, but went out of her way in my opinion to answer a tech question I had. I cant wait to give you guys all my business in the future. I send care packages over seas every few weeks to my husband and friends on deployment. Ive never had an issue until today where my flat rate box was denied and priced at nearly $40 to send.. Ive only ever spent around $16 so the difference is not small. I was told that EVERYONE else who has previouslysent my boxes out in that store location specifically MUST have been doing it wrong because flat rate was no longer taken? I specifically order the military care package kits to make everything goes smoothly so Im still unsure how today it was denied when it never has been before. I couldnt really get any clear information.. I suppose Ill have to go somewhere else from now on.Which honestly is sad because the people I worked with there previously were always so kind and helpful.Idk. Make your own decision but definitely double check your prices.

I have had the store do probably hundreds of print jobs, laminating, shipping, and non-standard card orders. They are always friendly, very responsive and helpful. Couldnt ask for better.

The UPS store in Stoughton is very helpful and friendly. They did a fantastic job setting up and printing a pamphlet my garden club needed for our garden walk and they were super helpful to work with!

The WORSE UPS store in wisconsin. DO NOT ship from this location!!!!!!! WARNING1. The customer service is so bad and the manager is RUDE.2. They doesnt know how to handle your packages and they will break or will get lost.Use FEDEX, US port office they can offer better service than this store..... I sent a one page doc. to be printed black and white, its just a regular size paper11x8. They charge me $1.00? I was shocked about the price, usually cost 10-16Cents now its $1.00? I made a remark to the owner that its to much, then he goes.Well thats how much it cost to print it! Bad costumer service..very greedy business.

They have gone out of their way for me when they didnt have to. I am always treated well.

I went yesterday to send a fax I paid $2.89 for it and today the receiver contacted me and told me they were not able to read the fax because it was to dark so I have to go now to a different place and pay again. They need to fix their fax machine its awful
