We have bought window treatments from blinds to go, dating back to 2012. The product has been excellent quality and they stand behind their warranty! We recently had a repair done to a mechanism on our wooden kitchen blind and it was done in a quick turnaround time! We also recently purchased 6 wooden blinds for our dining room and we live them!! Perfect fit!

I have been purchasing my blinds here for a couple of years. Customer service is great. They have a great selection of blinds and shades. I just picked up my recent order. I Love my new Vertigo blinds for my patio doors.Redoing my bathroom so currently waiting for new blinds to come for that. Will be ordering new blinds for window over kitchen sink. Previous blinds I purchased two years ago are all still in excellent condition.

Almir installed all my blinds. He was awesome. He came early, he was on time and did the blinds so fast and it looked awesome after he was done. Would recommend him to anybody. He did quality work.

While the blinds are wonderful, the experience has been agonizing. We placed an order in the Spring and are still waiting on one final blind that was cut too short and had to be redone. No one seemed to know the procedure for correcting this and we were told 5-6 days and it would be fixed and it’s been two weeks without an update. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone so we have reached out to our sales rep (who was very nice), but the lack of communication, slow execution and sheer disregard for customer service has been disappointing. The quality of the blinds is the only saving grace in this experience and we can’t wait for this to be over.

I still have one blind that is not level on the right side because the string is broken. I would like this repaired

Tim is extremely courteous and professional.His explanation of how to measure and how the blinds are cut were clear and concise.His assistance in choosing the best blinds based on the windows location along with color and pattern helped us make the perfect choice.The construction of the blinds is sturdy and clean; and, the cut was perfect. The blinds fit great.The instruction manual referenced/showed a tension clip with a spring and screw to hold the blinds in place. However, The blinds came with a clip that was friction fit. This caused a delay in my project as I figured out how the clip worked. Not a big deal for some, may be for others.

The staff is very rude, they took forever to greet me, and were more interested in sitting around gossiping. 0/10 do not recommend.

I dealt with Tim at the Stoughton location. He was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. Everything went just as I was told concerning the timeline. I picked up 15 blinds on Tuesday 3/16 and have 8 of them up so far and Im very satisfied with the look and fit. I feel the blinds were an excellent value, I believe I stumbled on a sale? Ill definitely be going back as the selection was outstanding.

Good selection of blinds fabrics and mechanics and decent prices.Very long order execution time, about 2 month.My first installation appointment was rescheduled and no one bothered to tell me about it. The second time installer came on time, but blinds arrived defective and he had to take them back for repairs.Still waiting to get my blinds installed and working.UPD. On the second visit of the installer, 12 days after the first one, the blinds were installed and they are working perfectly. All together it took 3 months from the order date to get everything installed and working. But the blinds are very nice and we are glad we have them.Adding one star for the job completed successfully.

I was having a large cellular blind which I had purchased over 5 years ago, repaired. With a lifetime warranty, it was repaired within a week at no cost to me. The staff were great, very helpful!

I would recommend blinds to go to anyone. I bought shutters for my living room,kitchen and bathroom I loved them so much that I decided to buy two more. The saleswoman (Tatiana) and (almir).they were very helpful and very professional. A pleasure to work with.

I must say that I am very pleased with the service I received here. We were given the wrong mounting brackets for our blinds. I sent an email letting them know and they responded right away and sent the correct brackets to my home. When we started to install the new blinds, we realized that we had the wrong header - they had the strings, we wanted the wand. My husband contacted them and within a week, they had cut new ones and FedExed them to us. Excellent customer service and we LOVE our beautiful new blinds!

So went in after seeing the sign 60-75 % off gave lady my measurementsfor Plantation shutters, she wrote it up as such gave 50% deposit now the guy comes in to measure and says she wrote up order for cafe shutters (which she didnt clearly says plantation shutters) wants and addtional 1200.00 on top of the remaining balance of 800.00 now they are saying i have to wait 10-14 days for my deposit back from Canada! i would never use them ever! these are the types of places that should be closed down!

UPDATE: They handled this well and had it fixed within a day. Service in a bad situation is the best way to see how good a business truly is.Pretty unhappy. Brought them in to be fixed, and unpacked it, the pin on the end is trashed. Worse than when brought in.

I still have not received my full order. Months of frustration and total lack of customer service from the beginning. Roman shades broke after one day. Still not replaced. Drapes mis-measured, still not replaced. Quality and service at every level of the company is absolutely horrible.

Still dont know what time installer is coming today. i was told he would call to let me know.

Everything went smoothly from picking out the right blinds to the measurements and finally the install. Howard (who did the install) was awesome and we are pleased.

We were mislead about the order pick up date estimate. I am happy with the product, but very disappointed with the shopping experience. On the day we placed the order, we were told that the blinds will be ready for pick up within 2 weeks. Since it was quicker than I expected, I specifically confirmed that with the sales rep, who explained how having local manufacturers makes the waiting period short. 2 weeks later, we called the store after hearing nothing back. We were told that only three items are ready and we need to wait for another 3 weeks for the rest. A different sales person says the 2-week estimate only applies to those three items. We feel cheated. When we asked for an estimate, obviously we were asking about all the 10+ items we ordered, not the date on which a few arrive. Please be honest about the orders ready date instead of using the earliest arrivals to brag. We are fine that things take long to manufacture, but we need a sincere estimate to plan our moving and other life events.

I ordered blinder in December 2020 and I called around February 25 to see where they where and they had been sitting there since February 7 a hold 2 and a half weeks and no one contacted me to tell me they where there. I am very upset about this very unprofessional. And not only that they can not install them for me for another 3 weeks what a waist of time. No one even said sorry.

Very happy with quality and quick turnaround. We had one cord break on one shade and they fixed it for free within 2 days. Associates are very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Takes to long to get installed over 1 month

We have ordered blinds for four different rooms from this location. All different kinds. We have been satisfied every time. Great service, great selection,quick work and reasonable prices. Satisfied customer!

Took 3 months to get two blinds. They dont deliver, they dont make the blinds at the store. Nothing is to go. You order, wait 3 months and then go pick them up. Poor performance.

They were prompt with both scheduling window measurements as well as for the install. The turn around was within two weeks. Amazing! Much better experience than at other locations that I had visited prior. Very appreciative of their efficiency and kind customer service.

They wanted to make sure they had the right measurements and they called just to double check they had taken them right.I got the blinds and they look amazing and love the quality!

I dont recommend anyone using their services. Per the advice of an employee of Blinds to Go, we had to put down a 50% deposit for the blinds that we chose. We paid for the guy to measure. We went back to pay for the balance. The employee no longer works there. The manager said that they cannot honor the sale price, after we were already told from the original employee that we would get the same price. We ended up getting our money back. Its Blinds to Go s lost. We took our money elsewhere.

I was told they would call within 24 hours to take measurements after paying half of the deposit Never received a call.I finally called set up the appointment for the measurements, the guy came and did his thing. He mentioned I would get a call 24 hours on Friday and now it’s Monday still haven’t received a call.

Armindo, who came to my house to do the measurements and then installation, was also excellent. He even noticed my habit of taking the shoes off before entering the house and he did the same when he came for the installation. Kudos Armindo! I am really happy with the products that I bought.
