I didnt go here today I was in the parking lot. But. While I was sitting there, I thought abt the last time I was. I had stopped to get flowers for someone for a gift.All I remember abt the manager who was running the floral was they extremely rude and didnt seem to have any customer service skills.I then spoke to the G.M. who didnt seem to care either. Plus. To top it off S&S has, and always will be overpriced and under serviced. Take it from me. It takes alot of time to write these reviews in a fair and accurate way. The reason is to save YOU the customer, headaches, time, and $!Stay safe and happy shopping my friends!

Love their produce selection. Wish they had more West Indian items in the international section though.

Great family farm stand, we make a point to visit frequently especially during the summer for their corn.

Low quality and there is always a problem with the pricing guns and registers. I only go in emergencies.

If you like not being acknowledged by your cashier, having to bag your own groceries (even while two other employees are literally standing right there chit chatting with eachother and one had bagged the previous customers purchase), and being surrounded by kids without a responsible adult supervisory position in sight.... then this is your store! It will not be mine anymore. I will be going to the Norwood store from now on. Only giving 2 stars because they were well stocked.

I gone into stop and at least once weekly and finding the store without enough cashiers so I was spending more time than necessary. Other customers were s little upset at the time we had to wait. Of course they have self check out which I refused to use because it took jobs away from humans. Need to get there act together.

I have lived in Stoughton for over 40 years and have been shopping at this store for decades but Im done. Never going back. Over the past few years, customer service has been getting progressively worse. Most of the cashiers at this store are horrible. Zero customer service skills. Im tired of being ignored while theyre either chatting it up with the bagger or looking at or texting on their cellphones. If they even say so much as Hi, Im impressed. Today was the last straw. I dont think this one looked at me once, until the end. I had to interrupt her conversation with the bagger to ask her to scan my S&S bar code on my phone. Some friends arrived while she was scanning my purchase and she started talking to them during which, she finished scanning my order and mumbled the total. After I entered my debit card, pin, and OK she took the receipt out of the register (without ever looking at me or stopping her conversation with these people) and held it out for me. I leaned over for it, but couldnt reach it. Eventually she realized I was trying to get it so she leaned in a bit. I was so annoyed at this point, that I grabbed it out of her hand. She said to me dont grab it to which I replied dont ignore the customer standing in front of you! she started mouthing off about me being ignorant, but I walked away. I took three steps and she yelled out youre an idiot. I stopped dead in my tracks, turned to the customer service desk, and told the associate that I needed to speak with a manager. This bratty little cashier started laughing at me. Ive been so tired of leaving this store completely annoyed that I could not let this roll off my shoulders. I wish I knew the name of the customer service associate because he is always, always, nice, polite and friendly. So, the manager came out and listened carefully to my complaint. An associate came up to him during our conversation to tell him he had a customer on the phone, but he never made me feel like he was in a hurry. He was great. Very professional. He assured me that this incident would be addressed promptly. He completely agreed with me when I said that anytime Ive worked with the public, the person standing in front of you should be the priority. Period. Unfortunately, the horrible cashiers are not my only issue. Three times in the past few weeks Ive stopped here on my way home from work only to find that the deli is closed - at 5:30 or 6:00 pm. The shopping carts are in need of replacement. Many empty shelves today. The produce department has always been a plus, but even that is falling short lately. Ive been wondering if this location may be closing soon. Im even hoping it does and will be replaced with a Market Basket - which is where I will be shopping from now on.

Ok... so I have worked customer service my whole life. From shaws front end, bagging to over seeing other employees. I had one of the worst experiences here at this super market chain then Ive ever had anywhere. Im so sorry but your front end manager needs to hire a much better crew

Just need to do a better job of making sure people are wearing their masks and wearing them properly. Saw a woman with a face shield but no mask coughing, guy running around not social distancing with the mask not covering his nose and kids (older than six) coughing with mask around neck. Staff saw the people and said nothing.

The associates at stop & shop couldnt be any more helpful courteous and respectful ! Also I meant to say I love the bags it makes it so easy to bring them in and put everything away thank you stop & shop !!!

My experience at this location has been very pleasant. Although they don’t always have what your looking for. The bakery selections are slim to none- I had hard time finding bakery goods. Please fill your shelf’s.

So many things out of stock. I was surprised actually. This is usually a much better location than the others but not this week

Stop & Shop isnt what it used to be. Seems like more and more the products I have been buying all my life are disappearing from their shelves. What happened to Heinz 57 sauce? Apparently they dont carry that anymore. Same with Cains sweet mixed pickles and the little pouches of Carolina rice mix. Now I wind up going to two or three other stores to find items they used to carry. Disappointed.

They have all type of meat and alot of food

Went shopping during seniors time around 6:30 am. The store did not have all the lights on. I guess saving till store was completely open. I was disappointed because there was hardly any meat so I shopped for other items. I appreciated they did open for us. On a good note we were able to get paper goods as the shelves were being stocked.

To be fair, the reason I gave 1 star is cleanliness of the store and sometime has good discount. Staffing friendly is different story, I would blame on Management. This morning I came to store intent to buy grocery and a reusable shopping bag, when I was looking at a shopping bag (open it to see how big or small it is to serve my need), a lady came up with an upset voice and very loud telling me if I touch the bag, I have to buy it!!!! Now, I understand that we are going through a difficult time, and people are scared. However, when I asked why she does not go aroubd and say that to others because I am seeing people touching everything from Cereal box, Ice Cream box, Fruit. She said that people wash other things when they took them home, but not the bag???? This is totally BS to me but I am not going to drag on it. I went to their customer service and address my concern that they need to put the sign up if they dont want customer to touch anything, she was busy playing on her phone looking up and said Ok, Ok, Ok. No susprise that Stop & Shop has closed many of their stores everywhere.

Friendly staff and the girls at night know where everything is and are extremely helpful with locating items.

A great place to be racially profiled if you forget to scan the stuff on the bottom of your cart. Instead of scanning her item at my register she decided to make a whole scene embarrassing me. On top of that she put her disgusting hands on my items and tried to empty out my whole cart. Really? In a pandemic?? The manager basically had nothing to say as I guess she doesnt run the place like he thinks. And co workers sitting there stunned. A lovely establishment, left there with no groceries because of an accident!! o

I went to Stop and Shop to get a few things of which I found easily. Stop and Shop is not my usual grocery store to shop. I found that it was clean and well stocked.

Good variety of products. Prices are higher than market basket but still lower than star market or whole foods. Good service and space.

Stoughton Stop & Shop always well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. Salad bar fresh with wide variety of options and salad dressings. Wait time in the checkout lines are not bat either.

I do all of my grocery shopping here, except for when I get produce from farms. The produce is usually good quality here, and I like that I can find a variety of foods for my gf husband. I do have issues finding affordable vegan frozen meals, but I dont buy a lot of those. Im happy they carry vegan yogurts and ice creams.

Went there last night to do weekley shopping, well at least I got half done. Nothing on the shelves, claimed truck never arrived. Place has been going down hill for a while. Produce is the worst ever. Also, when I went to check out, there were 7 self check outs and just two cashiers. Time to find a new place to shop.

Its the closest grocery store to my house that has everything a family could want. Bob is the best in produce in the tri-state area. Karen at checkout always gets me through fast and efficient.

Self checkout employee was yelling at people this morning for wearing gloves and breaking the self check out machines. She was the same person yelling at people during the strike telling them the store was closed. She makes people nervous

Shopped here 2 weeks ago and used the restroom. It was without a doubt the most disgusting public restroom Ive ever been in. There was a celing tile popped half open,water and urine all over the floors,sink was disgusting and walls are a germ factory. I just left the store again and just popped my head in to look at the restroom and it was in worse condition then 2 weeks ago. I notified several employees 2 weeks ago about the condition of the restroom but obviously no one cares. And ceiling tile was still popped open and you can see wires hanging down ect. Horrible unsanitary conditions.

Chronic understaffing, reduced selection of reasonably priced products, it has become clear that Stop & Shops main priority is to its shareholders and not to its customers or employees. The surly, cold reaction of its mind-numbed employees further makes this an unpleasant place to shop and puts it firmly in the category of last resort for shopping for me and my family.

If youre lucky, you just might catch a good deal...

Is a particular ice cream made by Haagen-Dazs they just seem to run out of it all the time its fully stocked with every imaginable Haagen-Dazs flavor except for this one I guess very popular new flavor impossible to find in high demand obviously so they should order accordingly so that it will be in stock at all time because I do not think that right for me to go into a Stop & Shop everyday just to find one item that they never have Ive gone as far as talking to the manager forgot name but so helpful. He went back looking for some one time he found some, but its been over a week now they said the truck was coming in with more on Sunday and there was none, I went back Monday no ice cream went back today no ice cream. Excellent customer care excellent managers. BUT NO ICE CREAM I WANT. ☹️

This would be an okay option for shopping except for the incredibly creepy robot thing they have roaming around the store. Felt like I was being profiled. The damn thing was right behind me e ery time I turned around. I qill not shop here until big brother robot is gone

I came in specifically for the cokes, which were 5/$5. The shelves were all empty except for the location at the end of the front registers. They were all piled up behind some other things. They had none in the storage room. I am surprised that there was not enough since the sale is only for 3 days and I went on the first day.

I am so done shopping here, bad cuts of meat, rotten fruits and vegys, and this one nasty little old lady on the registers I avoid at all cost. I dont know why they keep her, bad customer relations I can tell you that! And know I get a pie from the bakery with the bottom crust completely raw!!! so gross! The only reason I give it 2 stars is because its close to home and when I need stuff its easy but its starting to not be worth the aggravation

I went this evening there was no help on the front end. i did self checkout as a result. EVERY SINGLE BAG RIPPED. This is getting ridiculous. please pay your help and stop cheeping out on the bags it will costs more in the long run if you dont. i dont plan on returning so i guess it doesnt matter.
