My family recently purchased a used minivan here and it was a great experience. We didnt feel pressured at all and there were no surprises when it came to the final price!Also Van Horn was able to get us a much lower interest rate on a loan than we could get going to the credit union directly.

Lucky to get 1 star. They advertised a car for sale at $24,000. I inquired about it and was told that the market changed overnight and they now want $29,000 and that $29,000 was their sale price. I thought sales tactics like these were illegal (not quite the textbook definition of bait and switch, but not too far off).

I can’t say enough about the service department. I was extremely happy how easy it was to make an appointment and the reminders they provide. But it doesn’t end there.I had a terrible experience weeks after having a routine oil change and tire rotation at Van Horn (at no fault of theirs). I had a flat tire weeks after and had major issues with the lug nuts, to the point I had no option but have it towed several days later to Van Horn. What was beyond a frustrating experience turned out to show amazing customer service. They not only took off the expanded lug nuts but replaced all of them free of charge, and patched my tire at no cost to me. I am astounded and will continue to rave about their service.They have earned a very loyal and happy customer.

Their service department has now killed the GPS on two of our vehicles (one Ram 1500 and one Pacifica) with software updates. We noticed it and brought the van in today, they want $145 just to look at the GPS. Thankfully Chrysler customer service online has offered to help us out for free with software updates we can do at home, but I’m really starting to question buying our Pacifica locally rather than going for the best deal online. I assumed it would get us better service after the sale, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
