I came to Boston Bed Company after having gone to a few of the big name mattress stores. What a difference! Rich was able to quickly help me figure out what kind of mattress was best for me, pointing me towards mattresses to figure out I liked and what I didnt. After we narrowed down the choices, Rich gave me some time to myself to shop around and get comfortable. I found my ideal mattress and returned the next day to try it again and make sure it was the right fit. Rich was once again very accommodating and helpful. I made my purchase with a delivery scheduled for the following week. A few days later Rich called to let me know that my delivery would be delayed by a couple of days. Despite this not being an issue for me, Rich was very apologetic. My mattress ended up only being delayed one day and delivery was very easy. Overall, a fantastic experience and Rich was one of the friendliest and most helpful people Ive ever been assisted by. I would certainly recommend Boston Bed Company to anyone stressed by going mattress shopping - the process couldnt be more pleasant!

My wife and I are so mad that we are just now experiencing our first visit at the Randolph/Stoughton location. Richard was absolutely amazing and we never felt pressured. After our purchase we left with more knowledge than we have ever received from anywhere else. I would highly refer friends and family to visit.

Frankly, we were expecting neither the quality of the furniture nor the level of gracious professionalism that we found at Boston Bed yesterday. We were en route to the much larger and infinitely better known furniture store down the street. We figured a quick pop-in and quicker run-out couldnt hurt. But our host, Richard, was accommodating to the nth degree and we saw a beautiful bed there.We still went on to the big store to do our due diligence. But we called Richard today to buy the bed from Boston Bed.A surprise but happy ending to our little bed time story.

Was shown some very nice pieces, along with demonstration on how they operated.. he was very familiar with them all. He allowed us to browse at our leisure. Delivery was very quick. Great service and product

I ordered a queen size bed which is also able to convert to a king size at some point in the future. I ordered this on a Monday and it was delivered on the very next day Tuesday. The bed is incredible. Richard and the delivery guys delivered it almost less than 24 hours then the time when I ordered it. They put the bed together Nick very timely fashion and I cant wait to have my first night of good sleep on it. If you have any questions ever about service they are answered when you going to the showroom. Great job and I am out bending we happy.

We had a pleasurable experience shopping for a cabinet bed at Stoughtons Boston Bed; Rich, our salesman, was very inviting. We had plenty of freedom to explore all the beds, and he was very knowledgable about his inventory. I especially appreciated his honesty about the products and made an effort to suggest the best choice for us. After much research on our own, we are delighted that we chose the Clover Cabinet bed.

We HATE our new mattress!!! I called immediately after it was delivered, convinced that they delivered the wrong mattress. When I spoke to the salesman he told me that the mattress on the showroom floor is worn and would feel different. We wake up with numbness and tingling on an hourly basis. My husband goes to work everyday in pain after sleeping on this bed. I wanted to return it immediately but they wont take it less than 30days after delivery and it would cost us another $120 or $150. We now feel stuck with this bed and I feel myself crying to sleep. We have been miserable since the purchase!! I wouldve bought a mite expensive one too if thats what it took to be happy.
