My girlfriend and I are new to Iowa, needed to switch providers because our old service wasnt getting bars in most places. We checked the 3 cell providers in storm lake and cricket was the best option for us. Great deals and the lease program was easy and quick to do. Carolina was the one that helped us at first then David came in to help finish the sale. The both were polite and a treat to talk too. The cases for the phone we got werent in store so David pick up the cases form there other store in Spencer and had it ready for us to pick up the next day, beats waiting online!All in all great services exactly what we needed.

Carolina was amazing at explaining everything! Also greeted me immediately when I walked in the door, asked me details for what exactly I was looking for. It was s very good experience and Ill be returning again in hopes shes working again 🙂

They are always very helpful at the Cricket store in Storm Lake. Always take time for you even when they are really busy.

Its a joke you wait for over 30 min to be told you can pay the 10.00 for deductible when you already pay 7.00 a month for insurance or wait until monday to call on a factory defect. The service is very crappy. When I have US Cellular they traded my phone out in the store. Sure miss good service.

Cheaper than Verizon or Straight Talk & I can hear everyone now because I have full signal strength. Before I switched, I had one little corner of the signal triangle. AT&T rocks!

They talk in circles with info that doesnt make sense about Cricket policies and help with problems on their phone. I wont use this location again unless emergency. The manager is young hostile and misinformed. I called the corporate office on her. Nothing will probably happen because they apologized for her actions. I wont encourage anyone to this store.

Except Deb,The costumer service is horrible...We switched to cricket kepping the same phone number,i get a free phone but my husband applied por iphone 8 plus 64G,he got the loan and the phone should arrive in a week(at the mean time my husband was paying for a service that he didnt use because he had not phone)...After some days we came to the store and they say that the phone that we ordered is out off stock,so Now we want to buy a ship phone (that should be offered at the beginning for free) and the system doesnt allow the agent to upgrade the phone...This store is the worse of this company...if you want to switch to cricket dont stop by here.
