My salesman Nelson was just the best !!!I’ve aways had good experiences with PC Richards but Nelson really was exceptional.He was very knowledgeable about all of his products and without being pushy explainedthe products with all of their differences.What really blew my mind was when he found out how close my house was to the store he offered to come to my house to look at the hook up i needed to see if i would incur any extra charges because money was an issue.He absolutely went the extra mile.You really struck it rich when u hired NelsonI’m looking forward to my next PC Richardspurchase with Nelson.

Got my college dorm refrigerator here, as well as some small appliances. The staff were very helpful and courteous, and I was offered assistance quickly. The prices are great, and sometimes there are deals that are way too good to turn down!

We came in tonight needing a new washer and new tv as they both kicked the bucket the same week. Of course, right?! But we walked in and Nelson helped us right away. He got us in and out and was extremely helpful. My husband had questions about other products that he said he can help with next time he’s in. I highly recommend this PC Richards and especially recommend Nelson.

After shopping around a bit for car radios, I landed on PC Richard and I’m glad I did. Paul went above and beyond with my installation, even going so far as to fix the cigarette lighter charger piece that had been giving me issues. He also noted some other things I could do and gave me some tips. He walked me through how to connect my phone at the end as well as show me some cool features. Very happy with my experience!

Wonderful store and excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I have recently made a great purchase, which would not have been possible without the help of David. He is hands down, one of the best employees in the store. Not only is he direct and knowledgable but he genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction with various appliances/items. He has also gone out of his way multiple times to assist my family with large purchases. As adequate customer service is hard to come by these days, is it nice to see that some still exists. If your in the area and shopping in this store, request David; your experience will be that much better.

My dryer decided to bite the dust during a hurricane and I was not able to get to the store so I called in and Nelson was able to help me order and setup delivery. He was 100% professional and was able to talk about the difference of the models so I was able to make an informed decision on what was best for my needs. I also appreciated that while calling in he answered on the first ring and I did not have to go through any automated bounce prompts. I went to P.C Richards to purchase a mattress and David greeted us with open arms. He was nice and really helpful. He layed out a sheet protector to allow me to try out the different mattress. He also went into detail about the different matters to help me find the perfect one. After all that I found the perfect mattress for me. Make sure to ask for DAVID he was a great help.

We had a great experience with Cirilo. He was very knowledgeable about the products and searched for a washer and dryer that are in stock and can be delivered in two days. Very thankful since I have two kids and a broken dryer!

Big Tony is a bright light in a dark sea of idiots. My wife and I were in the market for a refrigerator. We should have gone to PC Richards in Stony Brook first.We were lucky enough to meet Big Tony. That dude was product savvy and patient as Job with my wife & I as we opened every refrigerator door they had and answered questions in a way we comprehended.Consider any time you dont spend shopping with Big Tony wasted.

Over the course of the past several months, I have purchased 3 appliances from sales associate David Black at PC Richard & Son of Stony Brook. Two of the 3 items were needed for a kitchen remodel that was already in progress and they were unfortunately out of stock. In fact, they were out of stock through out all other local retailers as well.I chose to keep my order with PC Richard and trusted that they would produce the items in a timely manner, which they have. David was great with communication and always returned my calls promptly. PCs delivery service personnel were prompt and courteous.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike! He was so helpful, very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. We were shopping around for a new set of kitchen appliances and were so overwhelmed and under impressed with the other places we had been too (Home Depot, Loews etc). When I first came into PC Richards I was not yet ready to purchase a dryer - just getting a feel for what was available. Honestly I havent been to PC Richards since 2008 when I had a car stereo installed and I can honestly say Ive been missing out. The second I walked in someone greeted me and asked if I needed help and again someone did when I was meandering around the store. The most helpful was the manager or the individual who I thought was the manager, Something Dodenhoff. At this point when I tell my friends about the experience I refer to him as Papa Dodo because he is as helpful as a father. This location is not the closest to me but Ill 100% be back.

Went to see Gary. He’s the only salesperson my family deals with. We have been going to him for years. I would never go to anybody else!

Ordered a dryer at the store on Wednesday 6/30/21 and was told it would be delivered that Saturday 7/3/21. That Friday we received a text message confirming the delivery between 9am-11am. Received a phone call at 10am saying apparently they have no more inventory of the dryer BUT they would sell us the one on the floor. Also we’re told that they would try to come today- if not Thursday??....which is 5 days from the initial delivery date. Called around 1:30 to inquire about the status and received a phone call back letting us know they would be there within 30 minutes. After about 40 minutes we placed a call back and speak with Ibrahim who sold us the dryer who he tells us it will be another 30-60 minutes. We were lied to multiple times by not having inventory in their warehouse and delivery time. We canceled the order and I would tell anyone DO NOT ORDER FROM P.C Richards & Son in Stony Brook and do NOT trust Ibrahim.

Tony was outstanding- taking time to turn around a very difficult couple of weeks Where a three-year-old LG washer can no longer be serviced, Tony went above and beyond securing the reimbursement of monies and the purchase of a brand new machine to be delivered within 48 hours! One can’t really ask more than that, thank you Tony from PC Richards!
