Shipped fromthis location several time with no issue. This time, I needed to return a package that my company sent me. My company provided the return label and box, but I didn’t have a strip of tape. She wanted to charge me a $1 for a 6” strip of tape. Not happy. Going to another UPS location that won’t try to gouge a customer.

Its close to my house so I come here. BUT NOONE ever greets me. They are super slow. And if they are with a client, they do not say it will be a few mins. Just act like you not there. My drop off takes seconds, and they coyld multi-task but do you think they do? NOPE.Im thinking I would rather go to woburn.

Great customer service and friendly professionalism. Accurate and efficient service. I came in on Thursday, close to closing hour 7pm (around 645pm) and Ray was so helpful with my Amazon return package. She explained everything and quickly put everything together to have my shipment ready to go (to be sent out the next morning). I was very happy to have come to this UPS store and recommend it based on my experience with Ray.

Please disregard any review from 3-4+ years ago from the former owner. New owner is the best woman I’ve ever worked with. UPS can be a difficult corporation to work under, but this woman and her staff go absolutely above and beyond to work past that and help each customer with whatever they need.

I have never written a bad review, ever. Debbie is literally the rudest person I have ever dealt with on two occasions. She was so rude that even though I live less than a mile way I go to the Woburn location and will continue to go there. The customer service was amazing in Woburn! The individual I dealt with in Woburn informed me that what Debbie told me was protocol, he has never heard in his 24 years of employment with the company.

The two women working on Friday were extremely rude. They couldn’t even say hello when walking in and just stood in the front looking at you like you were a bother. Place was not even full for them to be rude! Never met such miserable people. You both should really be kinder

The 3rd ups store I tried to stop at and the only one that didn’t have a long line outside, and parking! As I was walking towards the door, the young man with glasses behind the counter came around just to hold the door open for me and my large box. Not only was he extremely polite, he was super patient with me and my 5 different Amazon barcodes and explained the process to me while doing so. You definitely do not see customer service like that nowadays and it really made me happy. Consider a raise for this young man!

Night and day improvement with new owner. Please look at current reviews folks, that’s much better than before.New owner and staff are lovely and easy to work with. I don’t come that much, just for amazon returns.No more will you be barked at by the troll that used to work here. I lived in Stoneham, MA for 1 year and rented a mailbox at the UPS Store. I found the owner, Jennifer, and the entire staff to be professional, friendly and accommodating. From sending and receiving packages, to efficient mail services, it was an overall pleasure to deal with them. Thankfully, I always left with a smile. Im sure you will too. 5-star service!

This is a terrible place to do business with, stay away from this store! There are many other options very close. No one knows what they are doing, the owner is very very rude, they misplaced a passport and tried to blame on the USPS even showing on the tracking number was delivered there. After going back and forth they found it but I just dont want anyone to go thru the frustration and headaches they caused me.

The new owner is fantastic! A coworker and I had to ship out some items for a conference and when we entered the first time the manager who assisted us was doing everything in her power to help us get the lowest prices for shipping. She calculated shipping prices for different boxes and weights, and helped us figure out the best options. She told her boss (the new owner) about our issues, and when we came back later that day the owner already knew our situation and was beyond helpful. She helped us repack 2 boxes, and helped us get the price as low as possible to be shipped. The change in ownership really did the trick for this location and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help that day.

I had the most pleasant experience today. I had a day of stress and the two women which assisted me today were as great as could be. I needed faxing, scanning, shredding, printing. I also had my small toddler with me and they were so patient and friendly with him. Exceptional customer service Im proud of and I now know where to go for my service needs. Thank you!

I have been going to this UPS store for a years and always get great service. Jerry is always friendly and remembers me by name. Just this week I dropped off a critical item to ship overnight and called to follow-up to make sure it shipped. I left a message and got a return call within 30 minutes and also got my UPS notification by email. Nothing but professional.

Did not have any tape to close up a box that I was returning to Zappos. When I came in to drop it off, the thin white haired guy sneered at me that I am supposed to tape the box up before coming in, told me this one was free, but next time it wouldnt be. I had a bad day and you just capped it off. I have shipped a few packages in my day from many different vendors; none quite as ornery as this one. Cheer up white haired guy ... doing someone a favor, but then being rude about it does not equal good customer service and me ever coming back into your locally owned and operated branch. I only gave you one star because I cant post this otherwise.Update:For every poor review, you have a rebuttal or a counter response. It is never your fault, but always the customer. Take some ownership for the past and apply it to better customer service for other customers. Eleven reviews: nine negative, one five star, and one 3 star..Your 82% negativity rating here says it all. Good luck with that other 18%.

I hear yall when you talk about being ripped off. Dont get me wrong, I understand the frustration with this store in that respect, especially as far as the owner is concerned. However, I feel I must say that the other man who works there is one of the friendliest, most helpful individuals whom Ive had the pleasure to be served by. I hope the owner smartens up and gives this guy a promotion; hes probably saved him a lot of customers.

I dont know who the guy is with white hair, but youre an ass. Learn how to give respect. Oh ok lemme give an example then. The second I walk in the door being yelled at is it all set? is it all set? I dont have time for this! Give respect to get it? No way, lol. Every time I walk into this store its a joke. And its also amazing how many people have the same reviews and no action takes present for it.

I do not understand why someone (the owner) who is so rude and lacking common courtesies is even IN a customer service position.Hire someone who says Hello when you walk in and LIKES people and knows how to SMILE !To owner: You certainly have a snarly tone about you and it turns people off enough to stay away (evidenced by all the negative reviews). Im from Stoneham and I will never go there again. Its worth the trip over to Wakefield UPS where they are friendly and know how to treat customers.

I would give negative rating if possible to this Horrible delivery driver. Firstly, the ups delivery was 2 days delayed. Secondly, the arrogant driver left the delivery on the footpath outside the building. Forget about delivering the boxes to the apartment, when requested to leave the boxes in the lobby just inside the building he had the audacity to say that he will either leave the boxes on the footpath or take them back. He asked for an extra 200 dollars for the boxes to be delivered to the apartment. Surely he had a foul mouth as he didnt know how to respond to a request. UPS IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN IF THEY HAVE SUCH DELIVERY DRIVERS. I have attached a photo of the delivery left roadside by the driver.

I try to avoid this store. At best, the owner is surly. If you just drop off a package with a pre-printed label, they are fine. You get a blank stare of acknowledgement.Suggestion: If this is your local UPS contact, go instead to the main depot in Lynnfield. A few minutes further, but the people there are ultra-pleasant to deal with. Rather than wait for a UPS truck or risk a porch pirate stealing your package, I have incoming ones held for pickup there, using the UPS app. Most packages come in at night, you get an email and/or text message - and you can pick up your package at your convenience.And Mr. Brewer - I agree with your dissatisfaction. The owner could have come to the door and explained the situation. I dont think UPS trains their franchisees in basic customer service - and some just dont appreciate how far a little courtesy can go to building a business.

Went to this store get passport pictures. After waiting for 10 minutes for the store clerk to check in 3 boxes I was then informed that they dont do passport pictures. What about the sign above your head that lists services including passport pictures? No we dont do them. Go to Walgreens (which actually does). This store is slow, incompetent and a total waste of time.

White haired man in his mid 50s is the worst!!! I came in the store, nobody was behind the counter, just a couple of customers in the customers area. I called for help a few times, nobody replied. Then after waiting for about 5-10 minutes it turned out that one of the customers was this guy who works there. He just simply ignored me calling for him and then he turned around saying that Im all set since I only had two prepaid boxes which I could just leave there and walk away. I was really pissed. Why someone would do something like that.

Ive got to know to know Jerry over the years. OKay! Perhaps he looks a little snarly at times, who doesnt? I will say I have personally witnessed, on countless occasions, he going out of his way to take care of every person, (yes, even the rude, needy and most unorganized people), that visits his store, day in and day out.

The white haired man working at this store should be removed from interacting with customers. He was rude when answering my questions. I left without any receipts. When I returned to ask for the $2.00 receipt to tape the package and the receipt for the package itself, he became very rude and verbally threw me out of the store. He refused to tell me his name. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN......
