Great people who know their customers by name and provide exceptional service. The staff, especially Vanessa, have always made sure I am 100 percent satisfied with my purchase or adjustment. Debbie, the sales person who helped me was absolutely amazing. When i went in I wasnt sure what I wanted and had slight anxiety over all the selections offered. But she was very patient and showed me a bunch of different styles and looks ultimately helping me select not just one but two pairs of glasses I cant wait to get!

I had a thorough eye exam and was able to receive my new glass within a few hours.

The staff at this LensCrafters have been great year after year. I just brought back 2 new pairs that werent working out for me, and the level of support and service was over the top great. I wear fussy progressives and am probably a bit hypersensitive to minute issues. Handled with care everyt time. Maybe the chain is not the cheapest option? but nice to be able to walk in for a quick adjustment or other problem at any time. Not sure what youd do with an online option...how could they get the precise measurements? Ill keep going here.

I just wanted to acknowledge Lisa and the team at the Stoneham facility who is very professional and accommodating. Im having a problem with the sunglasses I ordered due to the prescription and she it trying everything and doing her very best to get the problem rectified so Im able to comfortably see correctly. The most important thing is shes doing it with a smile, because they truly care that Im happy with my purchase. That is very much appreciated!

I dont know why this place gets such a bad rep. When I go in there Im greeted warmly and promptly, they take their time working with me to find the best fit for me, and I have not been pushed to buy expensive stuff I didnt need. Everytime I go here I leave happy. Kind of seems like the people who review this place just like to complain about things that are their own fault.

My glasses broke. I went in to see if they had some inexpensive frames I could get rather quickly for my eye doctors office was closed. I asked to see some lower prices frames ( 100-120)Clerk showed me to this section. Didnt offer to help or recommend anything. Then she said Ill be right back and went into backroom. 10 min later she hadnt returned. No one else approached me.I left. I guess they dont want my business since I wasnt planning on spending alot.

Avoid this place at all cost. The stuff is rude and they are only interested in selling you the most expensive lenses. The wait time is ridiculous.

I went for my first eye exam at this location this morning and it was quick & easy. The staff and my eye Doctor were wonderful.

I bought at least 5 pairs of glasses for myself over the course of 4-5 years. The staff is great. They are always smiling and helpful. The selection of glasses is great.

They order wrong, now I have to wait another 2 weeks- my visions is getting worse

My experience was very well, I got a whole eye appointment and my new glasses all in the same day . Was quick and everyone was great !

Received 3 phone calls to confirm appt day before, finally was strong and told them my wife and i would be there dont call again. So, went to appt. No one in store. Employees on cell phones. Had 2 appointments. Arrived 2 minutes late. Lady Stated the first appt would have to reschedule bit the second one we were early. Really cant we wait a little there is no one here response: its our policy. So if thats is the case do you want us to walk out and never come back? She shrugged. We left NEVER going to lenscrafters anywhere again.

The nicest glasses Ive ever owned

Awful. Walked in to get a nose piece put onto my glasses, as one had fallen off. I was told it would take at least an hour because there were 5-6 repairs in front of me (empty store, no one waiting.) It takes, what... maybe 15 seconds to put a nose piece on? Awful service at this location.

Dont buy the insurance!They find excuses for why the insurance doesnt apply to whatever happened to your glasses. That, and they couldnt find my prescription (well, after an hour of searching they did). Ill not be back.
