Even though you dont get the convenience of a drive thru with this location, its totally worth it to walk in and grab a drink because this is the best Starbucks Ive been to. Theres one barista (Joel) who makes my morning every time. He makes a point to remember my name and what I like to order. Today I didnt know what I wanted to order so he came up with something for me which is similar to my usual that I LOVED! Its a whole experience to go here when Joels working lol

I ordered a grande iced americano. The guy working asked ME how many espresso shots to put in it. We guessed 2 (it’s actually supposed to be 3) and he gave me 2 shots on ice. I told him it’s supposed to be filled with water so he filled it and apologized.Employees need to be trained on simple drink orders before they work alone. Two stars because he was nice but come on.

Great staff always on point

Just got charged for 2 coffees during the buy one get one after 3pm thursday. And got the wrong coffees plus they didnt have the new lids to go with the new salted cold foam cold brew. And they forgot the salt and sugar cause it tasted blah. The dude is always mad nice just seams over worked all the time with a long line. This rating isnt for him just the location.

This Starbucks is always so understaffed! There is usually just one boy working at the register and making the drinks by himself! The lines gets very long, causing a long wait and a stressed out employee! Not fair to anyone! It says a lot about the company as well. I feel bad for him!

Greg is always kind, cheerful and courteous! It brightens my day that he remembers my order specifically!

Idk the name of the guy who took my order today in the afternoon but he was sooo nice! And cute. Didnt wanna leave hehe.
