One of the worst experiences Ive ever had, I had a simple question about a prescription and it kept me on hold for over a half hour, I couldnt hold any longer so I gave up and tried again in the afternoon. It kept me on hold for over an hour, (almost 1.5 hours), then it dropped my call. Its unfathomable that a pharmacy cannot be contacted by phone any hour of a given day. Will never be doing prescriptions through any Walgreens again in my life.

The pharmacy is the worse I have ever been too. They are short if help so they are rude. They mess up many filling of meds. I went to pick up meds. The drive. Is closed due to short of help!!! The help is over worked and rude.No help close this pharmacy.

Kyle was the BEST!! He definitely deserves a raise called regarding propane he said he was pretty sure they had it then continued to go double check and look before us driving there. They luckily had it and he helped us get the new one and take the old one. Definitely a really good kid and hard worker thank you again to Kyle!!

This is the worst walgreens or customer service I have ever experienced. Thy hung up on me twice, I have called four times while on hold for 15 min or more. I am calling from work with a doctors office wondering why a prescription needs a Prior Auth and no one will help me

The pharmacy is horrible. They dont answer telephone, try to check status of my prescription, on hold on the phone twice, once for 45 mins and once for half a hour, and both time when it is my turn, both time got disconnected

Tried ordering my prescription and they filled it with genic. When the doctor noted NO genetics. Then they told my insurance would not cover it. Called the insurance company told they do cover the prescription. Very incompetent staff including the store manager. They dont even deserve a star.

What can you really say? Its a Walgreens. I do wish they would clean up a little. Not terrible but not a flagship either. The checkout is almost always slow. But the usually have what I need from a pharmacy.

I rarely write reviews, only when its positive. Today a woman went into the pharmacy and began SCREAMING at the pharmacy manager(I did not catch her name) I write this review to inform you that this disrespectful customer called the pharmacist names, held her self on a pedestal because she was a nurse and expected an immediate prescription during covid 19 and your pharmacist kept herself composed completely. I have been in hospitality for over a decade and understand this is a difficult time for most, and this customer clearly had a bad day and took it out on your staff. I MUST compliment the pharmacy manager that helped calm this woman down in moments. She was wonderful!

Best Walgreens around!! Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean store with shelves stocked with what you need. Great photo department always helpful. Plenty of free parking and is handicap accessible. Nice location off Main street . Good for a quick stop, gallons on milk available. Join the club for discounts.

I picked up my rxs to thru drive thru and Linda is THE BEST. However I will only deal with her, everyone else r sharply blunt which comes off as rude in customer service

Best walgreens I have every been to. The beauty specialist Nica is amazing she has so much knowledge and always a joy to speak to. Every time I am there she is always smiling and approachable. Would give them 10 stars if it could.

Pharmacist Mary is super rude, judgemental, power hungry, even when she is proven wrong by the doctors office still trys to manipulate the process and outcome, if you are a patient with a controlled substance prescription.last time I will do business here. I am a Doctor trying to call a prescription in with the Pharmacist. After being placed on hold for over 3 minutes and trying again it is not happening. Shame on your store.

For a location in a smaller town they have late hours with a pharmacy open until 10 p.m. and the store open until 11 p.m. Always friendly staff and well stocked.

Placed an online order and had it sent to the local store so that shipping would be free. The store received it 3 days ago and never notified me that they had it.
