We went to Michaels to frame 2 items, a poster and a newspaper article. We were putting it off as I figured it would obviously be costly and a timely process. We met Megan who was unbelievable at her craft. She offered different color schemes and variations of frames to match our room colors, and was able to show the finished effect and options with her camera and software. Megan gave us different pricing options based on glass, matte etc. to suit our needs. Entire process was smooth as silk thanks to Megans professionalism. If you have anything you may want to frame I would recommend Michaels in Stoneham and its also better using one of their coupons as we did since it can get prices as with any framing option.

Did my checkout with Jasmin, she is the sweetest worker and even helped me save money! I have seen her a few times and she always is so sweet and easy to talk to. I look forward to going to Michael’s to see her!

When to buy picture frames. I was helped by very nice people. Wish they had a better selection of frames. A lot of black but would have loved red or natural.

Bought two 18” grapevine wreaths from here and they had bugs in them! When I returned them no one apologized or tried to rectify the situation! DISGUSTING!

Love Michaels and can almost always find a coupon! Cool seasonal crafts, decor, yarn, jewelry making material, you name it! Addictive if you are a decorator or craft junky, there is something for everyone!

Its an Arts and Crafts Store, what could be wrong?? Had most of what we needed, and found out they also offer military discounts, added to my rewards account!!

Am getting more disappointed with items purchased nearly every time I go there. Needed a good quality shading brush and all that was available were less expensive packs. The brush I needed actually started losing bristles on the first few strokes. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed this is one of my favorite places. There wasnt a lot of merchandise to choose from. I found myself walking in circles. I did find some items but still need to get more. Ill have to check another location.

Flower section has less inventory then in the past

Its normally a great place to shop! Unfortunately, due to COVID, they were recently completely out of folkart acrylic paint. Everyone is getting crafty to survive this pandemic. They have a UPS package drop in the store which is pretty convenient. I sell my projects so having that there makes my life easier. I believe this store offers same day delivery on in-stock items. Its big and love the items they carry!

Cashier asked me if found everything i needed I said no she asked me what i wanted I told her she had someone bring it to the register. Thank you to that cashier I wanted a valentine table cloth cashier name not on the recite

Its a cute little store. Its not as big as the one on rte 1 but it has the essentials

I love michaels and dont understand why this store is even open anymore. Hardly any stock, staff is rude and not helpful at all. Its dirty and cluttered and needs a serious update. Ill drive an extra 10 minutes to the saugus store. Ill never return to the stoneham location again.

Because they almost always have the stuff I need, this is my first stop for craft things, workshop items, fine repair, or even making sweets. Dont waste your life! Shut the TV and check out the amazing possibilities.

Very pleasant. For once I didnt feel the process werent too high. But it was a great sale.They used to be one of my best go to art/craft supplement supply stores. Now, the right hand side is looking more and more like Pier 1.

Store is often disorganized and feels very cluttered. Some staff are very helpful, but others are poorly trained and seem easily confused by basic questions.

You could spend hours here. Walking around so many ideas on projects come to mind. If you coupon shop you will always find Michaels accommodating. My wife and I look forward to visiting our local stores. We are fortunate to have one in Saugus and one in Stoneham.

Large store sometimes hard to find what you are looking for...hard to find staff at times..can be pricey always good to go with a coupon. You always get a 40percent off coupon at the end of your receipt but it does expire quickly. Great variety of crafts and take flowers. Frames available

Michals is a wonderful place! If you like crafts and being creative this store is the place for you they can be pretty expensive but if you catch them at the right time they will always have a good price! 😁

Not much in customer service on the floor. Didnt run into but 2 workers. Told one there was water all on floor and I left the cart on it until she could address it, was still there when I went back by!

Michaels has a lot of great craft items. The store is clean and always picked up and the staff is always willing to help you. I shop here a lot for beading items.

I hadnt been to a Michaels in years and I went in for a frame need and was in wonderland right before Christmas. The store was properly Christmas chaotic but the team was helpful.
