They are a great company from installation, monitoring and customer service. They are on top of things and the years I have been working with them, I have never had 1 problem. I will not use anyone else.

I called Bay Alarm to move a motion detector in our business. Silas came to our appointment promptly. He was efficient, pleasant and conscious of the patients in the office while he was working. He found and fixed an additional problem we didnt realize could be fixed. It is clear that he cares about the quality of his work.

I see a lot of negative reviews of Bay Alarm but I like what Ive experienced with them. When we upgraded our archaic system. The tech came in and said because we had been loyal customers for over 25 years, that our system update would be free. I laughed and told him that nothing is free but he explained that our system was so antiquated (we had push buttons and the system wasnt sending a signal) that its nice to have a truly digital system in which we can monitor remotely. I say yes to Bay Alarm

The alarm system and camera are working great. Technicians arrived on time for the install and left the house very clean - you wouldnt even know that they had been there. Thank you for great service.

Simply The Best

We had a child pull an alarm switch in our commercial building. Upon calling BAY ALARM we were told a re-set would require a technician with a minimum charge of $275. Instead I went to Youtube and viewed a video... unbelievable simple right? True, except for the fact you need a key to the box. I requested a key from BAY ALARM but was told unfortunately due to security reasons, we cannot provide you with a key. They went on to tell us it could only be re-set by one of their technicians at the above minimum charge. I went on Ebay and purchased a key to our SIEMENS pull box ($1.50) which arrived three days later. It took about 30 seconds to re-set the pull box. I would have just left it at that had it not been for the letter we received today from BAY ALARM titled FINAL NOTICE. The letter states there is trouble with our alarm status and we may not receive any further signals from your alarm system. Hey BAY ALARM, if you are not going to monitor our system dont bother sending us a bill. We wont pay it.

I had been using Bay Alarm for my mom for a few years. My mom passed away recently and I took the alarm system out of her house. I have to wonder how good the service is. I unplugget the box and have heard nothing from Bay Alarm that there may be a malfunction. Knowing this, I would not put my loved ones safety in their hands.Secondly, you have to pay for return shipping on their equipment that you have paid to use for years. Thirdly, I pay them yearly and only used the service for 6 months this year. They will not refund for any unused service. They say its in the small print, but really, what other company doesnt refund for unused service?

From the beginning, Armen ensured that we were properly quoted.Crispin and Sam came for the initial visit and spend hours making sure our sensors were set up correctly. Being in a Building that was unoccupied for 4 Years, we had some issues.Bay Alarm, then sent out Pablo and Silas to come and finally get everything dialed in. All the while keeping us posted and informed on next steps. Jonathan Zamora has also played a Key Role in our Success. My neighbors work for Bay Alarm and park in front of my house incessantly. They are inconsiderate and dont show common courtesy to their neighbors;the whole neighborhood is appalled at their lack of consideration. If you want ghetto people from Stockton to install your alarm, choose Bay alarm.
