This is probably being generous. If I had my say, we wouldnt even go to Home Depot anymore. I was in line to check out before 4:30, and didnt get out of the store until after 5:00. There was only ONE customer ahead of me - but only ONE register (of the three available) open. In an effort to decrease wait time, a cashier not trained on Pro Desk was asked to help out. I appreciate her effort.
My mother purchase a range from this store and unfortunately the range the did not work properly a had a Gas leak, manufacture defect. My mother reported the situtation to the store right away she requested to get a replacement, but was told that she needed to go through the manufacture and get the repairs done.By the way, She bought extended warranty she reported the defect under 24 hours of the day that she received the range,how is it possible that the store does not honor the customer replacement under 48 hours of delivery? And expect to file a claim through the manufacture.After several attempts from the manufacture and/or customer service from home depot. They werent helpful with the service needs. These experience has been so unpleasant, the customer service team was managed very poorly because there is no customer satisfaction by following up and making sure that the product that their selling is suitable that meets health or safety standards. Overall my mother Cancel the order do to the poor receive by this store!
