Usually when i go to dealership i feel like the staff dont let us breathe, always behind us and taking us to look at cars we dont like. The staff here was very helpful and patient with us. They didnt have us waist our time, told them what we wanted and went straight to it. Michael was our sales rep, very kind guy, helped us so much with getting my husband the car of his dreams . Joe and kerri helped us with getting a good loan. The sweetest people Ive came across at a dealership! Thank you all for your help and patience with my kids ! We are in love with the new car!!

Best experience ever! The team of Chris, Daniel O. And Tammy was the absolute best. Negotiated a deal over the phone as we live 3 hours from this dealership and they were the only ones who had exactly what I wanted. Arrived at 5:30 and the dealership closes at 7, this team ran around and had everything done so we would sign and be on our way. Left the dealership at 7:05 with my new Durango.

I Stop by there and talk with a salesman, run the numbers, come with 10k mark up over recommended price from the Mfd., The new vehicles are mark up $10,000.00 above the MRSP. I advice anyone not to deal with this Ram dealership. Taking advantage of the shortage of vehicles and price gouging the customer. Stay away.

Mechanics like those employed here are the reason I normally do ALL my own work. The only reason my wifes car goes to any shop is because its still under warranty. Every time I get the car home I find some small tool like a wrench or pick sitting on the intake grill under the windshield wipers. They have broken fasteners and not replaced them, leaving loose parts and covers under the hood.(see photos). The tires are filled with nitrogen and have the corresponding green valve caps. Or did until our last visit to Stockton Dodge. Either someone decided the green caps would look better on their motorcycle or they lost the 2 rear caps in the time it took to check the air pressure, so they were replaced with miss matched black caps. I know big deal its just valve caps. No its the point that something so simple got botched. What else have they done. In-necessary oil changes? Parts broken during a repair not fixed? Who knows? Was my last trip to Stockton Dodge.

Do your research before heading in to this dealership. I was offered $4,500 less than what Kelly Blue Book stated my trade was worth. Also stick to your guns. I stated I could only put $3,000 down, and was told by Dodge that they were trying to do their best to get me approved, 15 minutes later they asked me if I could put $10,000 down. In the end, I put down $3,000 and still got a good interest rate. If I would have taken the first offer for my trade and listened to the recommendion of what to put down I would have spent $11,500 more than needed.

I went to the parts Department and the service was excellent.

Service departments customer service is awful. Came for a synthetic oil change and provided them with the coupon they have on their website for 49.95. I was told that they couldnt perform this service, even though Ive always come to this dealer for an oil change. I told the customer service person that Ive come before for a synthetic oil change. I also mentioned that the coupon came from their website. Customer service then said she wasnt going to take the coupon but could give me an oil change? This isnt the first time they do this either. Next time Im taking my business elsewhere.

I wasnt pressured too much, but didnt really get any type of bargaining at all. Per the on duty manager, I couldnt get a military/veterans discount at all or any of the Black Friday deals because the vehicle was already knocked down to the lowest price. Never have I ever heard of their being no wiggle room in the price of a vehicle. I could understand if there werent more of the same exact type of vehicle available in the area for the same price range including some with lower mileage. But there were, I was at a disadvantage though and needed a vehicle so I settled at the listed price though I should have at least been able to get to military discount at a minimum. At least I know another business to take off the list of being military friendly and wont be back in when I need to purchase another vehicle next year.

My husband and I went in to get oil changes and decided to see if we could trade in our Journey for a Durango. Daniel Olmedo was our sales person and he was eager to help us get what we wanted. Initially, we had been looking at another used SUV, but after speaking with his manager Joe Hernandez, Daniel suggested a new Durango because of the deals going for them. When putting the numbers together and presenting it to the banking company, it didnt work out, but Daniel and Joe were able to work out a deal with the bank that worked with our financial situation. They were very patient and very helpful. We left with the vehicle we wanted last year, but couldnt get. The staff here is amazing and extremely friendly (they offered my son and I snacks). Every time we come here, we have a great experience.

Took my car in to get serviced. They tried to upcharge me for everything. $20 to get tires rotated? Most places do it free. $18 for estimate fee. Never again

Maintenance service is great, but the the ones working the service department desks when taking your car in, non greeting, no thank you (except Bill) all looking unhappy, couldn’t find my key to the car. Maybe it was just this one day .But I Ive been there times before, the same feeling.

Terrible place of business, these guys here put a bad name to the sales business. The sales manager “discounted” a car $1,000 but tried to sneak in a $3000 warranty on the vehicle, thinking I would not notice. And he stated the only reason he put on the $3000 warranty is because he “discounted” the car $1000. How are you going to discount a car $1000 then add $3000 to it. And when you ask to remove the warranty he says then he is just going to get rid of the discount. I told him it would be cheaper that way anyways. BAD BUSINESS HERE. Ill never step foot on this lot and ill make sure I tell all my friends and family to never go here either. To the people buying cars, watch out for bad people like this. You think they are “cutting you a deal” when theyre actually ripping you off by adding warranty and hoping you do not notice.

I have never had a car buying experience as great as this one! I had seen their inventory online so I had 2 cars I was interested. Tony introduced himself and took us for a test drive but was definitely not a pushy sales man he is knowledgeable and friendly. If you are in the market to buy go ask for Tony. I dread the financing part it takes for ever but Freddie and Drew went above and beyond got us an interest rate we love and a monthly payment we are more than comfortable with along with extras such as gap and oil changes not to mention a great warranty! will be for ever faithful to Stockton Dodge. We where out with our new car in less than 3 hours!!!!!

We purchased a Truck from here in 2016 brand new. Now that we need to get the vehicle serviced (an alignment) they cant do it? Why sell us the car if you cant provide us with service. The truck also has a recall and they couldnt get that done either. Huge waste of time!

We bought a car there a new 300 red. The card handles wonderfully drives like a dream however I wish that when they went over everything in the car they would been a little more thorough. It didnt even set the clock in fact let me make the floral clocks and then everyone over the menu and what appears on the front of the driver. But again $8,000 rebate Im not going to complain too much

I got there to drop my car and I was on my way home in 15min. Although shuttle takes some time, if you live near by, I suggest just taking an uber back home. But other than that customer service was great.

The worker I had to deal with twice in the auto service is very rude and acted as if I am bothering him. So I left and never bother return.Luckily this time I muttered under my breath the same rude guy and they decided to grace me with a veteran technician, to assist thank God.

Dewayne was an awesome sales guy. I really believe that he did his best for us and to get us a great deal.We did have a warranty issue with the car less than two weeks after. Very terrible service department. They charged me the full diagnostic fee and could not find the issue with my car. Unless you agree to keep throwing money at the issue their techs cant seem to find any problem unless the obd2 scanner does their job for them. Only when they are selling a car is the service good.

Never going back here for sales or service. I have been back twice now for an oil change, and told the technicians are on lunch or not taking any more customers. Technicians take lunch early and long, and quit working early. I was thinking of upgrading my Jeep, but absolutely not at this dealership. Why not have someone on staff during lunch!? I was turned away 10 minutes to 12pm today, and 30 minutes to closing another day.

My wife and I had a terrible time dealing with their service department on more than one occasion. Sales team seems nice, and were helpful when we were looking for a new van, but I wont ever buy from them or recommend them in the future just because of their service department.

This is the best car dealership I went to in my entire life.I bought a brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 yesterday and my experience with the salesman by name Dewayne was excellent. Have always found them to be professional and will to try and solve your problems or complaints. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Youd think a new car would have benefits of bumper to bumper, my windshield is seeping in water after the rain and now we cant even get it washed. Ive reached out to customer care and nothing has been done to assist us, instead weve been charged for a rental for an issue out of our control! Seriously avoid this place!!! Should have took my business elsewhere!

Worst dodge experience! I’ve bought a couple of vehicles from dodge dealership in Lodi and went to Stockton. I went there to see about a new vehicle. The sales guy was nice, not to knowledgeable about trucks but he answered questions best to his knowledge. The sales manager Joe Hernandez was beyond rude, insulted me, talked down to my wife. If he wanted too he could’ve of sold me a brand new truck but was no where trying to help me but wanted to be very rude as if he didn’t want to be there at all, so I will no longer be buying vehicles from dodge even after buying numerous vehicles from them. You would think they would be more nicer to loyal customers.

Have had bad experiences with sales and parts here. Service is so-so at best. The service advisors are very nice but thats about all I can say. Ordered a license plate mount and was told it would be in next day, it was only coming from tracy dodge anyway. Well a week later and no word from anyone so I stopped by on way home from work and it was there. Guess I was just supposed to assume it showed up next day and come in to get it,doink.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I took my car here to have the heater core replaced, I was told it would take up to three days to fix, which is understandable. They had my car for two weeks and was terrible with communication. Now that I finally have my car back, other operations in my car that have nothing to do with the heater core are not working and the manager Zach refuses to call me back. To make matters worse, there is no other number I can contact other than their main service department number, so even if I wanted to file a complaint, I have no way to do so. Needless to say I will NEVER take my car back here again!! If I could leave ZERO stars I definitely would.

I had a great experience with Stockton Dodge, their Service Writer Bill Bray couldnt have been more accommodating. I needed the service ASAP and he had me in and out of there in no time at all. Next appointment I plan on leaving my car and getting all of the services done. Thanks Bill Bray, I made my dental appointment right on time.

They will never call you back when they say they will. It took me 2 weeks to simply make an appointment because everytime I called they said they would have to call me back. Gave them my name and number and never once got a single phone call back. This happened at least 6 times.I even called to complain, I was transferred to a managers voicemail to leave a message and guess what he never called back either.On the day of my appointment I thought I was going to be late so I called to let them know. Of course they needed to take am message and call me back. You guessed it Im still waiting for that call.If you want professionalism then avoid this place at all costs. This place has know idea how to treat a customer.Go to tracy or elk Grove. Stockton also put a big scratch in my brand new truck then blamed me for it. Truck was only 1 week old and didnt even have 500 miles yet. This was a different visit but thought Id mention it.
