I purchase two truck tires there, carry out to have our guy mount them. Years ago I used to check a date code, but I haven’t done it for years because I always trust the vendor. Our mechanic called me late that night to inform me the two tires I purchased were over 10 years old!After five months of dealing with Brannon tire I finally returned them and I will say they gave me my money back.I just wasted two hours of my life and my little girls life with her father… Not to mention the cost to mount and dismount and factor in the fuel price as well…Also no apology yesterday as they saw I was beyond frustrated… Be careful consumers! How would you like to be next to a big rig with rotten tires ready to blow at any moment!

Blew a rear dual tire 4/1 on Hwy 99 in our motorhome. Pulled off exit with no idea who to call a local trucker recommended Bannon. Unfortunately our spare was bad when they arrived but they found a used tire in their shop in great shape. Came back out and put it on. Great Customer Service! Certainly paid to have roadside assistance on our insurance. Highly recommend Bannon Tires.

I had to rewrite my review. I originally gave them five stars, now they are barely worthy of one. I went there 15 minutes before the shop opened on a Saturday to get my oil changed and they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait. I thought it was a long wait but i didnt know where else to go. IT TOOK 5 AND A HALF HOURS TO DO A OIL CHANGE!!! Not joking. They closed down their shop by the mall and only have their Wilson Way shop. Its more expensive and unless you want to spend the day waiting in their waiting room where none of the employees wear masks, then i suggest another place.

My wife took her vehicle in for an oil change to Brannon tire. They claimed to have performed a mandatory pressure check on tires and noted that set all tires to 32 psi. Also, they claimed to have performed a tire rotation on the vehicle which is included in the oil change. I had just set all my wife’s tires to 38 psi just a few days prior to this being careful to get each tire exact and also verifying that the tire pressure monitors on her vehicle were matching perfectly. My rear driver tire was registering about 6 psi lower which is the reason for the adjustment. I check her monitor on her car a few days later before a drive I and noticed all tires were set to the same psi that I had set prior(38psi COLD tire) except the same back driver side tire which was the one giving me the lower reading. Not only did they fail to set tire pressure like they claimed but they also lied to my wife about performing the tire rotation. It’s not a suprise that you can’t expect even the tire guy to do an honest job now and days. I doubt they even changed the oil filter but I’ll have to check that now by that’s just the world we live in unfortunately. Learn how to check these these and do basic maintenance on your vehicle or else guys like these will take advantage of you and you will pay big time in the end.

After looking for a new place to maintain and repair our cars we discovered Brannon some five years ago and they have been working on our cars since. Great customer service and good prices. Tom, Vic and Celso are great and keep us on the road safe and sound.

Great service once you actually get to speak with an employee. There is always a line and the location is horrible due to its awkward location.

Great experience. The staff really worked with me for weeks to help me deal with my car issue. They literally went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fair.

Came in to get a flat tyre repaired. Upon examining my tyres they determined that they All were not road worthy and a danger for me to be driving as the tyres were cracked and split. They found me brand name decent tyres and got me safe and back on the road with in 2 hours. Good looking out for their customers!

I first thought this place would do a good job, but then they screwed up ordering the parts for my truck, which delayed the repair a couple of days more, and they already had my truck at the shop. Then they forgot to change my oil as requested. So, when I went back for a free oil change they gave me to appease me, they told me I had a leak coming from my water pump which was leaking water, and was an $1100 repair, and I should have the truck towed out of here if youre not gonna get it fixed. I took the truck home and it has been driving fine, without any leak whatsoever to be seen or found in any way. I wont go back here, and wouldnt trust them.

They are into waste tire retreading and very good at it.

I called both locations and asked to have my brakes inspected and explained it was a Chevy C-20. The first one I called on march lane, they were trying to not answer your questions and just wanted you to bring it in, but was told the brake inspection was free, The one on wilson said the samething but would actually give me a Quesstimation of the price. So I was going to use wilson but they had no appointments today. So I went to the march lane one. The Guy at the desk Just plain out lied to me and said I told him I had a C10 over the phone, There is no way I would say C10, Because I dont have aC10, He said the inspection would be 47.50 because it was a 1 ton truck . This Place overcharges for its work, Dont be fooled by the better name brand, because it comes with a higher price tag. I took it to mience and they inspected the same truck for free, No Liars or people feeding you lines to get you in for service . Honest people.

I bring my work van in probably once every 2 months for an oil change. Always great service, fast, and friendly.

Very badAfter 5 days my car in this shop to fix the water leak, charge me more then $600When I receive it still leaking in the same spot, I show him the water spot underneath my car, he said this spot from another car check it today and let me know, next day I go back to them for the same reason, he check it again an said there is another leak you have to pay more $350 plus labor and tax, What is this company ?And today I meet them to find some solution, he said I cant do any think, so I paid $615 for nothing just nothing, he said its can happen, I said I am going to the court, he said do your way, I never see like that they dont care about your car on care about moneyVery very bad people
