Customer service is fine, but this device is terrible! Got it installed for my mothers vehicle, and shes 76 years old so her lung power isnt that great. She keeps trying to blow into the thing, but it cuts her off midway saying to blow longer or hum stronger. This is pretty unfair to her, because now she cant use her car!
