Had a catalytic converter stolen about 2 weeks ago and installed. Insurance agent paid for it. Was looking for a place to install a security system to prevent the theft again, $200.00, and done quickly. Was also shown how it was installed.

Brought my 72 Chevelle to Norcal for an exhaust sound that didnt sound right. Anthony checked the car for me and found out that the collectors were loose. Nice people but with the number of customers they’re getting the shop need more employees. I say shop has quality work and service is excellent just expect to used up half of your day and be willing to wait.

I stop by Friday and talked to a guy who was working the front desk, very polite and was willing to assist me in my changing the whole exhaust system in my Jeep Commander. I know it probably couldnt fix my problem but it will definitely start eliminate the cause. So today (Saturday morning ) I go back in to get the exhaust system redone on my truck, now Im talking to another guy and hes telling me in so many ways that theyre not gonna do it. One thing Ive learned in life Ill never beg you to take my money, you lost one

Great customer service here. Called them about something I was told needed to be replaced. I get there and they put it up on the lift immediately. They figured out what the real problem was in under 15 minutes. I was given a quote and they didnt charge me a dime for their diagnosis. I will definitely be using their services. Honest and fair, thats what I value in a shop.

After being told TWICE that the Catalytic Converter was not under warranty by the dealer, I made an appointment to have one installed at NorCal Muffler. We dropped off the car and Tony called me back in thirty minutes to tell me that after looking at the car the Catalytic Converter should be covered under the warranty. He even called the dealer a third time to confirm it. He told us to take it back to the dealer and have them double check it. At first they said it was not covered. We then pointed out that there is a federal law that requires the automakers to warranty certain emission parts longer that the standard time as instructed by Tony. He also said that they will try to give you the run around. Which they did. In the end the parts and labor was covered by the warranty and the work was done by the dealer. Norcal Muffler could have changed out the part and charged us, but they didnt. They went beyond good customer service. Thanks Tony

I stopped by NorCal Muffler to get a quote and they didnt have the mufflers I wanted in stock. They ordered them at 8:45 AM and the mufflers were delivered by 1pm from Sacramento. Anthony, Tim and Mike were able to remove my stock mufflers, resonators and Install the new mufflers and some added pipe before they closed. I was very pleased with their customer service and knowledge regarding different brands of mufflers for my 2016 Scat Pack Challenger. I choose the Flowmaster Super 40 series mufflers and they sound freaking amazing. Great deep tone and I could NOT BE HAPPIER. Thank you guys for getting the parts quick and doing the install on the same day. Went in to get my muffler put on a week later my whole exhaust system rattles and sounds like popcorn is being made. They over charged me as well paying over $300 for a bad job never going back. When telling them I wanted my muffler put on they talked real soft in front of me like I was crazy or saying they were going to screw me. Would not recommend.

Brought my 6th Gen Camaro SS here for a QTP cut out install. They did a great job for hooking the QTP plus wiring... If I have another exhaust mod project I’d definitely bring my car again here.

I had a great experience this morning. A gentlemen pulled up next to my car and told me my Borla muffler was bouncing. I drove to Chase Chevrolet and asked for help to tighten or attach the muffler. The man behind the service counter said i would have to leave my car for a day. I wasnt able to and walked out to go to work. A different serviceman came up outside and said, Let me check it for you. He crawled under the car and then went inside, made a call and came back out with a card telling me to go to Norcal Muffler and they could help me immediately. I did so. NORCAL Muffler is next to Chuck E Cheese on Pacific Avenue. Anthony let me know my wait would be approx 15 minutes. When my car was fixed, Anthony said, Thatll be $20. $20! did you hear that? I was prepared to be taken advantage of because I am a woman and he charged me $20. Wow! I was impressed. I left and my car is fixed! I thank the thoughtful serviceman at Chase Chevrolet for his help and will have my car serviced there, when needed. I thank NORCAL MUFFLER and will sing their praises to anyone who needs Muffler repair or replacement. Thank you all! kit larson

Woke up to check engine light on thus morning, turns out someone tried to steal my catalytic converter, took it here, they fixed it quick, about an hour and also suggested adding rebar to stop it from happening again, good people and good price

There price was a bit high . I called another muffler shop and their price was $150 less .
