This truck repair shop quoted $290 for a diagnostic. They sent us an invoice of $749.50 without any prior authorization. After questioning why they would do this they said it was due to unforeseen communications issues that we had to repair just to communicate with the vehicle to diagnose . They wont let us have the vehicle unless we pay the invoice.
