Christina was amazing. I wasn’t able to get a rental with Hertz or Enterprise and she worked it out so that the insurance would cover a rental through their shop. She saved our Christmas! The customer service she offered was above and beyond expectations. She helped when the insurance company basically told me I was out of luck. Thank you Christina for your help.

Worst experience ever. Service manager lied to my face more than once. Placed wrong parts on my vehicle, took longer than expected.
