Every time I have visited this place they have been very professional courteous and always had a positive attitude towards their customers. They answered any questions that I had explained everything to me thoroughly. I bought my grandsons first dirt bike there and I will definitely go back and buy him his second one there also.

$508.64 basic first service.Very disappointed in my experience here. I called them a month ago looking for a mule. They didn’t have the one I was looking for. Talked to Cindy told her that I didn’t have time to wait. She asked where I found the one in Kansas that they would try to get it here. I wanted a day and just couldn’t wait any longer. We have a dairy farm and needed the unit. I told her we would have the one we purchased serviced there. She said that was fine. Took it in for its first service today..... dropped the unit off at 10:30 AM and they called and said it was ready at 12:41pm. However when I got my receipt I was billedFor 3 hours of labor when there’s no way it was over 2 hours. Then, when my husband started questioning the bill the guy said they didn’t call us until 2:30 - I’m writing this review as we’re on our way home at 1:30. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of their service department. If you want to “make me pay” for not purchasing a unit that’s fine, but at least make the paperwork match the time you had my unit.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. I ride a 2009 Honda Rebel, and they were able to install a back tire the same day and order a front tire, when other shops were a six week wait. Dalton, Bobby and Dylan have kept me informed and been very professional, even recommending necessary maintenance I didn’t know I needed. This place is quality, and their staff have gone above and beyond, and I trust that I will ride safely this winter. I will be back to this shop for all my future motorcycle needs.

Had a fantastic experience with Bobby Pugh and all the staff at Stillwater Kawasaki and Suzuki! I went in to check out the KLX 140, and there were none in stock, but they let me know the 2021 models were coming in the next week. They called me as soon as it came in! Its my first dirt bike so they were fantastic in showing me the bike and addressing all my questions. Not only are they professional, they are very friendly and knowledge about their customers and gear. Great job guys, Ill be a customer for life!!!

Bobby and Cindy are a 1-2 punch and they treat you like family. Bobby has years of experience that he has passed on to his son Brandon who grew up in the dealership and is now a lead tech. Genuine dealership with genuine people.

These people are really very professional and helpful. I had a part I couldnt find anywhere and they went above and beyond helping me. When they learned that they couldnt get the part I needed they reached out using their contacts to locate me the part I needed at another entirely unaffiliated business. Im very grateful for their help and kindness.

I brought a tire in with me and they were fine putting it on my Yamaha raider. They had some trouble with a stripped bolt and I thought for sure they would increase the price. They didnt ask for an extra dime and seemed like they genuinely cared that it got done right. I will definitely bring my business back.

This business, especially dealing with Bob, has made shopping for motorcycles and getting your bike serviced painless as possible. He is friendly and will stop what he is working on to explain to you what was fixed on your bike. The one on one is amazing here. Also once he wrote me a check for a sale I made to him and by mistake he shorted me $20, I came by later that day and he gave me a $20, no questions or problems asked. Is very knowledgable of Kawasaki.

Took my 03 volusia in for a new rear tire. Upon further inspection the mechanic found a worn and dangerous tube. All together i was literally in and out in a matter of an hour and a half. This is a bike shop that is run by bikers, and i will be trusting my 2 wheeled soul to these guys in the future.

So I stopped in there last month. Told them I have chain and sprockets I bought and need put on. Was told $100. I call today to bring bike in and I’m told it’s $150 because I didn’t buy parts from them. Really! lol. Only an idiot would fall for that. Going elsewhere that said $100. Front sprocket guard and chain guard are already off so it makes it even easier to work. $150 lol. I’ll never have service done there. Kawasaki in Vegas broke more stuff on my bike. What’s with Kawasaki smh.

I have a Kawasaki. And I take it to Honda to be worked on. The Kawasaki guys dont care enough to try. Every quote I get is way over the competition and they treat me like I have no idea what I am talking about. Their loss. I will keep taking my business elsewhere.

Great service department. Took my bike in and they missed the problem. I took it back they fixed the real problem for free. In the end they took a big loss on labor to make it right because they did not fix it the first time. As a general rule if a company can afford to correct an error at a loss they dont make to many mistakes (or else they wouldnt stay in business. On top of that their friendly and professional. Easily the best dealer in town, and the only service department you should use (regardless of motorcycle brand).

I took a tire in that was off the bike to have it changed today, they didnt tell me the price up front and charged me 60 dollars for ten minutes of work. I told them they were a ripoff shop and proceeded to leave the store. The owner follows me out to my car and gets mouthy, I told him to screw off and left. Tonight, the owner called my cell phone at 7:30pm and wants me to meet him for a fight while calling me the N word several times. The owner is off his rocker and when I checked the tire his mechanic mounted it backwards. Ripped off by a Looney Tune. Warning....Stay Away from this Idiot.

My husband has a Yamaha Vino. Its been great, but holy cow, fixing it is not easy in a small town. We took it to the Yamaha place on 6th to get the tires changed, and it cost $200 and took two weeks. So when he wrecked the scooter and needed a new side signal, the horn fixed, and new brakes, we were terrified of the cost. A friend recommended this place, and even though they dont usually work on Yamahas, they did the work. They finished three days after the parts came in and 25% under the estimated cost! The mechanic was great about explaining what was done. We will always go here for maintenance again.
