Roger was great! I brought in my malfunctioning laptop to get my documents transferred on to a flash drive to use on my new laptop and Roger was able to get it done right and fast! I’ll be coming back to Roger with any of my future tech needs!

Spilled coffee all over my laptop keyboard one morning. Took it in half an hour later, and he started working on it immediately because of the urgency to not have the coffee fry it, and because I needed it back for a final. I got it back within a couple hours, after being cleaned and dialed in. Price was plenty reasonable, and he was really nice to talk to and deal with. Ill be going to A B for every computer issue I have. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to check on my daughters computer to see if it was even worth fixing and Roger interrupted me and told me to come get it. I was confused and said is it fixed. He said how can he fix it with all these interruptions. I told him that he provided S*^%%^ customer service and he hung up on me. I called back and he said I disrespected him. I told him not to touch the laptop and had my daughter pick it up. Took it elsewhere for repair.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Call them asking if they have any systems for sale, hanged up on ammeiditly, I know I called about some thing they dont do but its kinda rude.
