I have been in the market for a Tacoma for sometime now. Suzie helped me get a new car that fits my needs better than my previous car did. They worked with me not having a down payment and paid off the remaining balance on my last car. Very friendly and respectful.Update: Suzie was amazing at her job. However, they sold me a car that has already had issues within a month of owning it, and they keep giving me the runaround trying to make them fix what shouldve been taken care of before it was sold.

I have been looking for a Tacoma pickup for months. I drove through Janzen’s parking lot and sitting there fresh off the truck was the truck of my dreams. So I stopped to look at it and a salesperson came out to greet me. I was ready for a pushy salesman but that’s not what I received. Justin, my salesperson (now friend) came out and started visiting. Needless to say, in 45 minutes, I was the proud owner of a 2021 Toyota Tacoma courtesy of Justin.

This was actually going to be a 5 the night we bought our car from them. That is until the next morning. The Bluetooth didnt work. Said microphone not connected. Its got a 12k/12mo warranty from Toyota so I took it to the nearest dealership to my wifes work since shes the primary driver. Lo and behold Janzen replaced the map light assembly but forgot to put the mic back. They said Id have to pay for it or see if Janzen would. Janzen said I could drive, an hour each way, it back and theyd take care of it because quote Im not about to pay retail costs for a part we have right here. My technician just set it on my desk. At no point did they offer to send someone to my home or to come get the vehicle. Only AFTER contacting Toyota about it did they offer to mail me the part and a check to hopefully install it. They did say, however, if it was more than the amount they were willing to pay at another toyota dealership that Id just have to eat the rest of it. This is literally the NEXT DAY after buying a certified pre-owned car from them, and not like a dirt cheap one, either.Im so disappointed by this experience overall. It started out so great.

Dave was and is super helpful with our car questions! We are considering a consolidation in vehicles to upgrade to a newer rav4, and he and his staff is above and beyond to help us! Great assistance when needed.Was at Janzen’s on the Friday of homecoming weekend. Phoned service at 10 am with a brake problems on my Highlander. Was traveling thru Stillwater. They had an opening at 1:20. Pulled in at 1:10, service staff was excellent. 20 min later, they said I needed some brake work on my Highlander, 95,000 miles.Cost me $240 to replace the wore parts with labor. Was back in the road by 2:45.Impresses with the entire staff. Polite, informed and professional. Thank you Janzen.

Let me start off by saying this is not my first dealership experience. But by far this was the best one. David Harrison at Janzen Toyota was not only extremely helpful, but clearly a man who stands on integrity and his own core values more than greed. This is the opposite experience of any deal I have ever come by. Not only did he impress me with his salesmanship, but also the fact that he reached out to me weekly. I ended up finding a car on my own and didnt buy through Mr. David but I really wish I could have. I just couldnt for reasons of price. When I reached out about matching the price on another vehicle, instead of beating around the bush or trying to scam me, he told me that I found a great deal and to take it. WOW! Talk about a man of integrity. I highly recommend this dealer and when you go in, request David Harrison. He will take fantastic care of you.I also want to throw in the fact that I have had other experiences at dealerships that made me not want to purchase a vehicle from any dealer again. A few months ago, my wife and I decided we would like to purchase a mini-van, preferably a hybrid mini-van. After much safety research of various possibilities, we decided that a Toyota Sienna would be our best bet. We primarily reside in Chandler, Oklahoma, which has no Toyota dealership, so we contacted Janzen in Stillwater.After several phone conversations with salesperson Gage Berger, we put in an order for a Sienna. Gage was very helpful throughout the whole process, and he kept us informed of our order status.However, we were most impressed by Gage when our Sienna arrived at the dealership. We are both high risk for COVID and wanted to avoid face-to-face contact as much as possible. Gage helped to make our purchase completely contactless. He delivered our vehicle and even wiped it down with disinfectant as he exited it. We are so grateful for his kindness and consideration.

Me and my girlfriend went to Janzen’s with no intent to buy a car, just to look at cars. when David approached and showed us around. David did an amazing job trying to find a car that was perfect for us and we ended up getting a new car from there 2 days later, we absolutely love it. David did a really good job!

When I bought my new truck they were easy to work with, but the service is trash I wouldn’t recommend anyone for the service department. I’ve tried twice to a issue looked at and both times they say they don’t have time. If they didn’t have time and not enough techs why would schedule it? 2020 Tacoma with 7500 miles.

Worked with David Harrison. He was a polite and knowledgeable sales rep. He showed me the available options and didn’t push me into anything I didn’t ask for. Great communication and not at all pushy. Exactly what I wanted and why I bought from Janzen and David.

The instructions in the Owners Manual were not helpful to program my Homelink mirror. Daniel, the Business Manager, went out of his way to help me after my sales person provided a link that didnt work and said that was all he could do. The Toyota Owners Manual gets zero stars because apparently this is a known issue they havent bothered to correct, my sales person gets one star because once he had my check he was not eager to help, Daniel gets 5 stars. Six divided by 3 equals 2.

We purchased today (Feb 11, 2021) a 2021 Highlander Hybrid from Janzen. Our sales associate was David Harrison, with whom we were extraordinarily pleased. He then helped us transfer our goods from our trade-in, and gave us a great send off. We recommend him and Janzen most highly.We have owned two Toyota vehicles for approximately 10 years, and have found the service department also extremely helpful and professional. Most of our service visits have been handled by Jessie, who has always done a great job for us, but Trevor and the other service managers are also first rate. Great experience! Found a great deal online from Janzen Toyota for the car I wanted to replace what I had that got totaled. Since I live 480 miles away in Texas, I needed to be pretty comfortable with the deal before heading out to see the car before buying it. Michael Robinson was fantastic at providing any information or pictures I needed to accomplish this. What I really appreciated was the no pressure approach he used. He was more focused on solving issues rather than trying to ram the deal through. When we were finally up there to see and purchase the car, nothing about his approach changed. He even helped my wife figure out a couple things about our other Toyota that we drove up in that she didn’t know. No questions were dumb questions. If you want a dealership with a family vibe over a corporate vibe, you won’t be disappointed at Janzen Toyota. Everyone we dealt with there in addition to Michael were helpful and pleasant. Check them out. I wish it was practical for me to return there for my regular maintenance.

I had started a new job in which I need to commute and we were thinking about downsizing from my Explorer. I was pretty spoiled with all of its bells and whistles. New Tyler Caldwell was so nice to me and my children. Car buying can be such a horrible experience. Tyler was very patient with me and did not pressure me in any way. When I called back to test drive another vehicle, I was afraid I would be lured back into the dealership for some reason or another, but Tyler let me test drive the vehicle, answered my silly questions, and put up with my crazy kids. Though I decided on a different vehicle ultimately, I will not hesitate to recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone who is looking.

Found the Tundra I was wanting online. Worked with Jack Baze. We had a few back and forth text and calls to agree on my trade-in value and new truck price. I was concerned how this would turn out because it was a 3 hour drive for me to their dealership. I drove the next morning, arrived around 10 am, the truck was freshly washed, parked in front. I took it for a quick test drive, they confirmed my trade-in, and we signed paper work. No pressure. Then they showed me of all the features on the truck and electronics, setup my app, and I was off.
