The installers from Ponca City were on time, polite and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Instructions on the equipment given and shown what to do.

I had a woman help me and she said it all with her facial expression she was annoyed with me when I decided to purchase more items. I spent a little over a hundred dollars. I have a small above ground pool and maybe they are use to people spending more. A kind young man had been helping me before and I should have just asked for him. I will now just order online or go elsewhere.

The people there are very friendly, and the showroom is amazing. They have stuff for your backyard, awesome Jacuzzis, and the best water in town.

I called the office on Monday to be sure my Wednesday delivery would be correct when the driver came out. I requested 6 bottles of Spring water and the office staff assured me that they would have it toght.. When they arrived at 5:30 this evening they brought out 5 bottles of distilled water. They dosnt even have 6 bottles to give me. This iis an unacceptable way to do business.

Just needed to fill my 5 gallon bottles with filtered water. It was easy and fast. They even offered to carry them out to my car.

We use quality water not only for bottled drinking water but for pool supplies as well. Friendly staff and the price are pretty fair !
