Staff did an exceptional job helping me find what I was after. They also discussed their app and its features. I was able to purchase with their coupon for a sizeable saving. It was a joy shopping here and allowed me to complete project.

People are nice. My issue is that it seems they are always out of the most popular or attractive fleece prints, like floral, medallions, or genuinely cute patterns / good color combos (see what people have rated highly or bestselling and order more, please), while there is way too much of moose (which I doubt people go crazy for in quantity in *OKLAHOMA*) or just less attractive, unpopular prints, that have already been picked over to death. I look to order online sometimes but then can’t get the exact cut amount I need, and shipping cost negates any coupon savings.PS: If anyone in Joann design/supply reads this, or anyone who can forward it to design/supply, please make a tasteful pattern with armadillos. I’m not even kidding. Great Christmas presents for out-of-state (or local) family. Not goofy cartoon faces for kids, but tasteful, cute armadillos. See Etsy for ideas of how armadillos can look tasteful and cute. Please?

My favorite place to shop for craft supplies. So many more fabric options! Plus the seasonal decor is my favorite, such a good variety. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful.

The folks working there today was incredibly helpful and friendly! Based on what limited information I could give them, they found what I should need. If I got it wrong, its definitely not their fault!

This is my new favorite store! That said, Im not overly impressed with the staff. Most of them clearly are annoyed by my presence and not at all friendly. There is one lady in particular that goes above and beyond! I dont recall her name but I love her to help me. Shes always very friendly and helpful! Ill get her name & note it another day. Im very friendly & outgoing but most of the staff here do not reciprocate. Love Joannas tho! Awesome sales & coupons!

Nice store, has a good selection. The staff are eager to help and will (eventually) get it figured out for you. They arent the best trained store but I loved that they worked to help me when they could have just said no we cant. They were friendly and worked hard, they even ordered something from another store for me and got it here quickly!

I love this store its a average size store but they always have great sales and great project s. I am not very crafty but they always have something in there store that I can do, They also have classes that you can sign up for to help you learn new things,and if your a coupon shopper you can use the 40% off coupon from hobby lobby with there store coupons which save a lot of $$$.

The associate was no help to us really snooty and I could just take my service else where and I did. The store looked like a tornado had hit it and the clarence room at the front looks like some teenages room that refused to clean their room in a year.

Every single time I come here I get messed over! Todays example, they had 70% off signs hanging for ribbon... Rang up full price at register and I told her about the sign, she checked and came back to say the sale ended the day before! You should ALWAYS honor the posted signs or do your job and take them down on time! Hobby Lobby will have ALL my business from now on! This is a continuous problem at this location

They used to be friendly and go out of their way to use coupons and more than one on purchases but now they skimp and tell you coupon doesnt work on everything I go to buy. No savings and very expensive items. No savings here

Sales persons are must more knowledgeable about sewing and much more helpful in finding items than in the past.

Normally very friendly and helpful. Tonight took awhile to even find someone working in the store. Then when I did, they were not happy or friendly. I cant believe they had no gingham fabric.

They have about everything you need if youre into sowing and other crafts, needle point, embroidery and all. Still dont have have all the cartoons like deadpool on materials 😔

See my new review and gave a 4 stars this timeJust went in there tonight, we live 27 miles away. There were 3 signs in quilting notions saying 40% off, bought needles and marking pen. Got home and noticed they did Not charge sale price. Called store & was told by supervisor sale was over on the 17th . And I should have brought sign to someone and asked!!! Really that’s my job to take them sale signs that should have come down . Hope supervisor isn’t going into a career in Customer Service.

My wife loves this place, and I like it. They have a very wide selection of fabrics and sewing supplies. I go for the craft supplies. As a woodworker and hobbiest, I have found many of the small hardware that I need for my projects.

Poor customer service. Rude staff. Unwilling to correct register mistakes on sale products. I left without purchasing a single item in my cart because the staff was so disrespectful. Will not go here again.

Staff does not know how to cut fabric panels.

Great savings thru the store, app has savings coupons for material, crafts, seasonal items always have prices for every customer, associates are knowledge of store merchandise and will have on display various samples of projects with instructions.

My wife really likes this place. Not so much for me.

Normally I enjoy shopping at this store but the quality of employees has really gone downhill. They cut fabric so poorly it has messed up several of my craft projects. Today I went to make a Christmas ornament at their store, they advertised it on their receipts, and apparently it was cancelled. Not only did they advertise the class but they also advertised that a dollar would be donated to Saint Judes for each ornament made. So no donation and no ornament. Really disappointing to show up with my son and be turned away.

I went to get some foam sheeting to repair a couple of dogs beds. Found just what I wanted. Problem when I went to pay for itIt was so expensive to the point that I could have brought two brand new dog beds and still had enough for lunch.rediculass.

Smaller Joanns in Stillwater. Great after holiday sales. Beats shopping at Hobby Lobby which has been charged with selling stolen artifacts...AGAIN.

Great craft store with lots of options. The checkout was super slow with only one person working it with 6 plus people in line.

The workers were just ready to go home so they were in the greatest mood even though it was an hour before closing LOL.

Shop was clean for most part. The clearance section is a trashes out mess...looks like it always is. The staff however was very friendly and helpful.

It is a great place to go get a zipper sowen in an heavy duty winter coat. For $30.

Went at 10 pm one day last week to the stillwater location. Stood up front for nearly 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged by staff. Kitchen staff was visible in the kitchen busily scratching his beard. We left and wont be going back.

Its a good place to find things that can double as cat toys.
