Good service and very nice workers but always understaffed it seems which is not entirely their fault due to the strains of the pandemic. I do wish they would try to not leave my car as dirty as they do.

Dropped in to get a leaky tire fixed. Waited for fifteen minutes just to SPEAK to someone. Nobody approached us. Nobody offered to help us. Finally gave up and left. Dont bother or waste your time. They OBVIOUSLY dont want your business.

They were actually pretty quick and friendly..cheaper than I had anticipated too.

They did my oil change well, but it both took longer than it needed to and exceeded the time frame I was given.

This was the second of 2 awful experiences that take place on 3/6/21 and involve Walmart check in staff for tle. Get better people in those spots on busy days and train your people on weekday mornings. This is unacceptable. Between this store and the one on 6th, Ive wasted an hour and a half and still havent gotten my oil changed. If I could rate this place 0 stars and shut it down for retraining, I would. Less than worthless.

My husband took my car in for an oil change really quick before we headed on a trip. It came home with a dent in the hood. It looks like someone was popping my gas tank open and accidentally popped the hood and when they went to try and close it they hit it with their fist so hard that they left an impression. Unfortunately it’s minor and I didn’t realize it until about a month later but they were they only ones who had been under my hood. I wish they would have admitted their accident instead of being shady and hiding it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And I wouldn’t have ever went in the first place if I had known my husband was doing this.

I came in to get 4 new tires put on my truck. Nobody was here when I showed up and i was told it would take 1 hour to have them installed. Ive been here for 2 hours and all the cold food I bought is getting warm now. I will never buy tires here again. I couldve install them with 2 screw drivers faster than they can with all their fancy tools.

Fast and clean

I was supposed to get new tires installed and when I got there no one in the automotive department was helpful. No one seemed to care or even be interested I was waiting. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. Long story short, I ended up taking my tires elsewhere for installation

I am giving them 2 stars because they did the work. However, as a customer..when I ask for detailed pricing regarding services, more specifically the “out the door total cost”, I EXPECT that to include their shady “hidden fees”.I went there for two tires and an oil change. I specifically asked the price of the tires and what the total cost for putting them on would be. After they serviced my vehicle, my final price was nearly $50 more than what I was told.This by any means is NOT ok. It should not matter my gender, race, or any other factor. I am a customer like everyone else.When a customer asks you for total cost, and you know there are “extra fees” for things such as balancing and everything else they charged me for, which I am not aware of over the phone.. those totals should be included.I will NOT be returning to their service center.

Staff was very helpful and informative, got the services done on my car really quickly, and the customer service was great. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and kind.

It has literally been two and a half hours since I got here (yes, still here...). I needed three tires. No warranties. No frills. There was one person in front of us. They rang up 4 tires. It took twenty minutes for us to get a correct receipt. Since we didnt want the lifetime balancing, they didnt balance any of the tires! (Nobody explained this when we said we didnt want it.) There is no telling how much longer we will be here...Did I mention we have three kids 4 and under with us? It has been a nightmare! I wont come back.

Walmart is always good to me. They take great care of my car. And the prices are arent bad either. Definitely reccomend.

Only one person was helping customers while all the others were standing around and talking. The man was nice enough but was obviously hurt and overwhelmed. It took over an hour and a half to change a damn tire on a rim.

Fantastic and friendly service. Helped me out testing and even replacing my battery despite their hectic schedule.

Its was like all the rest. Would never have my vehicle worked on at any of them ever. Mustang,Ok for sure. Had my tires rotated and a woman stripped out my wheel locks and tried to tell me it was like that while I watched her with the impact wrench going the wrong way with it. Never again

I came to get an oil change like I have been doing for years here. The guy types my phone number in wrong and then my name wrong, so my info doesnt come up. I told him it was wrong, but it was literally like talking to a wall or like he didnt hear or understand anything I was saying. Instead, he decides to bring me out to my car, in the rain, to get all the vehicle information, which is already in the system..if he would have just listened to me. Made me stand there in the rain with him, being rude, for absolutely no reason. I told him just forget it all and I will go somewhere else. I was first in line, oil change would have been quick and easy, but because of his rudeness and treating me like Im stupid, I wont get it here and wont be coming back.

The staff were really good, but there was this guy sitting there playing with his laptop, and he wasnt there to get his car fixed. He was just using the free wifi. I wish they would have told this guy to leave. If it wasnt for that I would have said 5 stars.

I had a very mixed experience here. The employees busted their tail for me to find paperwork that would show my road hazard coverage, making my tire replacement free. When I came back 2 days later (the tire had to be ordered), I first waited 2 hours for them to start on it. Then, once they started, they put someone that was so slow... Have you ever seen that Carol Burnette bit where Tim Conway plays an old man that moves really really slow on purpose? Thats what I witnessed with my car. For example, this guy put my car on a jack, and then disappeared for over 30 minutes! When he finally reappeared, he meandered for about 10 minutes in the customer area, and then took another 30 minutes to put the new tire on my car.I can certainly understand that a long wait is expected at Wal-Mart, but this was excessively unnecessary!

4 new tires - quick and professional service.

Staff including manager is complete garbage. They lost my name in the system and I waited over 3hrs for them to break my valve stem. They said they couldnt fix it. Including the manager!!! Took it to the guys on 6th and Main and they fixed it less than 5mins... DO NOT GO HERE!

What could you say one stop shopping for just about everything you need. The store is kinda cramped but its convenient for me.

They suck went in for a oil change for $19.95 4 cilnder car. Went to check out tried to charge me $30.00 was told to bad. I had to get a manager to owner there sign for the out oil change beware

Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. Brought my vehicle to them throughout college since they were affordable. Recently took my vehicle in, and they claimed the last person to change the vehicles oil, them, put the wrong size drain plug in, and refused to attempt to remove it, despite it being their mistake. Management offered me no real alternatives, so I took my business elsewhere, where they found no problems with the drain plug. These guys have no idea whats going on or how to cooperate with customers.

Employees working at auto services are not good. They changed engine oil for my car and they added 3 quarts of oil instead of 4 quarts. They did that multiple times.

Good prices and fast work. Id go here any time needed for tires or oil changes.

During the oil change they made a mess on my car. When I had to get one tire it took over a hour just for one tire. The wait in this place is horrible.

Stand there for like ten minutes and nobody helped me at all. A woman employee walked by and had a look at me saying nothing. Such a rude and terrible service center.

Stood there for 15 minutes and no one could or would help me so I left.

I ordered tires online. Called the store to confirm the installing was included and was told yes, I wasnt told until I got here that only install is included.....no balancing, warranty not offered online.

Went to get a tire patch, waited two hours. Got it patched, then drove home and the same tire was flat. Avoid this place if you can help it. Just asinine.
