This company is NOT Stillwater based. The owner lives 2 hours away therefore it can take hours for a false alarm to get turned off. Not to mention the reason for the false alarm (pull station malfunction) was most likely preventable with proper inspection, testing and maintenance. My pet is traumatized from the loud alarm sounding for over 2 hours while he was home alone because I was unaware of the situation.
