Literally the worst customer service care line. Not necessarily the Steubenville store itself- but the the managers on the care line would not take my call, the care associate would not cancel my order, would not tel me a name of a manager or help. 30 minutes later- still NO resolution.I placed an order that would be ready in 90 minutes- 2.5 hours later I have no shoes, they can’t cancel my order or find it?? RIDDLE ME THAT???Thank you for getting a 7 year old child super excited to get the Lebron 16s and NOT providing. Literally if I could give 0 star, I would.

I like Hinbetts. The only thing is that soon as you go in there the sales kids on the floor go straight after you and attack... I like to get them when I need them

Weirton Hibbett has the Best Employees they go out of their way to help(like when I need kids shoes but no kids want to actually shop)..love them
