Ive been a box holder here for over 10 years and the staff has never lost a single piece of mail. Amazing! One of the best run businesses in Staunton.
Ive had issues with other mailing services, but this store is so helpful every time I come in! I had Brad today and he got me in and out within less than five minutes!
I never want to deal with any other UPS stores but THIS one! The staff is always so nice. Brad helped me today and I have never met someone that had so much patience with me. He literally helped me with EVERYTHING! He was also so prompt and gets it done! There were at least 10 people that came in while I was there and he still managed to help me and them all and nobody had a long wait. That’s what you call GREAT COSTUMER service! There’s another nice lady and gentlemen there too! I just haven’t seen them in awhile but BRAD will help you! Also don’t forget ID if you need to ship something. Thankful I actually had mine on me!!
I have had mixed experiences here. There is a lady that works here who is very rude, and another who is the polar opposite.On one occasion the rude one would not accept my Amazon returns unless I purchased a box to put them in and acted as if Amazon returns wasted her time. The other lady has always been nice, and I have never had a problem with.One problem I did see however when doing amazon returns is that a good many of the times the items never made it from UPS back to amazon which forced me to show amazon that UPS was the one dropping the ball on the return. Amazon always did good on my end but UPS made me take another step for my refund as a result.I have never had an issue when shipping items from this location however, and even the rude lady was just a little bit less rude if you were in there to ship something normally. I havent seen her lately, so either I have been lucky or maybe she is gone.
Well I almost got assaulted because the guy at the counter decided that was the reasonable response to me wanting to ship my package with someone else after he refused to try a coupon I got online. He insisted I needed a corporate account but I was able to 7se the coupon online without a corporate account and shipped the package from a charlottesville ups no problems. Heavier set get with short black hair - refused to give his name or name a manager. I just wanted to leave with my stiff but he was refusing to give it to me. I even offered to pay for the packaging since he already boxed it up but he became aggrevated. Not sure what was going in with him. I know he was a little late getting to the store so not sure how his morning went. I did not instigate the situation but i did become defensive when he tried to dump my wifes Air Force uniform items out of the box aggressively after using a knife to quickly and unwittingly open the box. I also never asked him to box it up. I wanted to buy some bubble wrap for the shoes since they are easy to scratch. Honestly, Im just glad it was me and not a more vulnerable customer. I would definitely avoid this place.
Every time I come here I am treated in a very rude manner. Today I dropped off a shipment and an employee Brad asked for my ID. I had forgotten it at home. When he spelled my last name back to me, I told him how it should be spelt and he rudely said “yeah this is exactly why it’s nice for someone to have their ID”. Like I was inconveniencing him because he had to ask how to spell my name. Not a place that makes their customers feel welcome.
The service I received here was very good and very fast. The Lady who served me was very friendly and professional.
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I don’t usually post reviews of places, but this place is absolutely ridiculous. The blonde lady is so rude, I’ve never met anyone with such a lack of respect. You can tell that these workers don’t like their job, and it’s sad. I’ve never had a good experience here. The workers act like it’s a problem that you come in and ask to pick up your package. Something needs to be done about this place.

Staff are kind of rude, nothing is complementary at this location, not even a piece of tape. You need to purchase an entire roll if you need something taped.
I took my daughter here this afternoon and the blonde lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful towards her. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and needs some extra help, but instead of help she was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I saw from other reviews on here that there have been multiple complaints of the lack of customer service at this location. My question is why dont they do something about it? I for one will not be going back here to this location and neither will my daughter.
I receive unnecessarily rudeness every time I visit here. Both ladies in the front desk are curt, disrespectful, and don’t like providing any explanations. Walked in to return a small package, she didn’t greet me after I said hello, took one look at the label and said “post office”.Sorry you obviously hate your job, but don’t take it out on customers.
The blondie lady that is rude and unwilling to be helpful. I have had nothing but trouble with her. I have spoke with corporate and they are aware of her behavior and still do nothing about it. Waynesboro store is much nicer and more helpful.
I needed to ship a package internationally, which is something I dont do often. The employees there advised me on the different charges involved and saved me quite a lot of money by altering my box manually to be much smaller. Above and beyond customer service!
Charged $75 for a 15 mile round-trip pick up and then $39.95 for a large box and packing materials; then charged more for shipping than the estimate on UPS.com. Would not recommend this option for shipping again.
Totally unprofessional outfit. The older, blond-haired lady that works there has been extremely rude towards several of our employees when arriving to pickup packages, to the point that we were compelled to file a complaint with UPS corporate.
The staff at this location are always rude. The blond haired lady is consistently rude- and the dark haired guy (12/16/19 around 2pm) is rude also. I understand it is the holiday season, but you signed up for customers when you applied for a customer serving/facing position. Do better.
Not sure what the guys name was that delivered my order that was actually a yurt so large box, he was very friendly and helpful, very nice in this day and age.
I had a mail box here for about 6 mos when I moved to the area. They were attentive, professional & caring. They truly get personal care to their customer! Every time I came in, they knew me & checked my box before I could even give them my box number. These folks are fabulous!I stopped in a week ago—a year after stopping my service—they remembered me. They checked for anything ‘left over’ and we had a lovely conversation.I will go out of my way to visit this store & support a wonderfully professional & personal team. Do not believe anyone with a negative review—these folks are the absolute best. (AND LIKELY UNDERPAID!!)There are not enough stars for them!!

Extremely unprofessional!! Prepaid package wanted me to buy a roll of tape to close this package that wouldn’t have needed more than a 3inch piece to close it! I’ll take my business else where. Along with my companies business.
Terrible customer service. Would not help with the situation or give me a phone number to someone who could help me get my package that was miss delivered.
These guys in Harrisonburg (Port Republic Road) know how to take care of customers! Im always greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome.
There is a blonde lady that works there that is very rude. She gave me an attitude the entire time I was there. I was there to pick up a package for my husband and she refused to give it to me because the address on my I.D. isnt my home address currently. My husband called to tell her it was okay for me to pick up his package and she got an attitude with him as well. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
I usually love the staff at this UPS store. The regular crew I get, know me as a repeat customer and we have a great experience. But when I took a very precious item to be boxed and shipped on Saturday, I had the unpleasant welcome from someone I did not know. Im use to an item being boxed immediately, esp a glass item as this was. However, it was just put on the back counter . When I asked about the boxing, I was informed she didnt plan to box it, that it would wait until Monday!!!!Im sorry, but the items, 3, being shipped totaled $300 and 1 item an irreplaceable glass item.Woman was rude and flip, not happy at all with the service I received. Hmmmm, I might be rethinking UPS. Too bad because I have always trusted the great service.
Woman on the phone was extremely rude. Ordered a package from amazon by way of ups and got the message you make pick up at carrier. Every ups store I called except staunton sent me to an automated voice system where they told me your tracking number is not valid. Well then how am I suppose to track my package???? Called staunton and they actually answered the phone with a real person but the woman was rude and answered my questions in an annoyed and could care less way. She had no interest in helping me figure out if my package was at the main fishersville center or at another ups location. Still havent figured out where my package is....

The women working on 10/23/19 around 6pm was very rude. More worried about the UPS drive just standing there and asking him questions about what his kids will be for Halloween. I will not be back and if I do hope the service is better I’m not a very happy customer right now.

Had a delivery issue with a package. Wouldnt even give me the number for the delivery (hub) store. Which is only a few miles away. Very rude on the phone, and not helpful at all.
