Extremely disappointed. I like to have things done locally. After reading the reviews still thought Id try them out with something small, basic, and with detailed instructions, before trusting them with a big order. After 4 trips to their shop and I believe the owner himself telling me TWICE, the person who does the embroidery would call me Monday... NOTHING! 17 days, 4 trips, no calls, NOTHING.

I dropped off 2 coats to have a name placed on them...they gave me a date they would be ready. Even though they didnt have electricity for a bit...they still had them done on the promised date! Did a great quality job...definitely would recommend! Great job Shenandoah. Everyone at work asked me where I got my coat done. Definitely will send some coworkers there.

These guys are excellent! They have been doing my store shirts for about three years and really go above and beyond to make sure that I am happy. Customer service is great I would highly recommend them to other business owners.

Walked in and not a single person said a word to me. Walked around looked at entire store and no one asked if I needed help, said hi or anything. I try to support local businesses even though I can get stuff cheaper online but with this kind if experience I think Ill order my 5.11 gear online.

This is awful. For soccer they made us wait an extra week from the date they gave us and said it would be ready. Then we ordered jerseys for work, and when we called to see if they were ready, they tried to extend it for 3 days. I demanded they get it done, and they failed to tell us that they all ran small. So we are highly upset with these services.

For shirts and hand bags we do it all at fabriko and or Piper Layne

Took 2 weeks to mess up 4 - $25 shirts. Never again. Poor communication. Couldnt follow simple instructions
