Wall mart. Did a reset.. cant find stuff . Lots of new check-outs some are not open what was the point.

Easy to get to off I-81. Well stocked. We stayed overnight in our camper. Others did too.

Went to the electronics sections to get stuff for a computer spare almost spent a hour waiting on some one then ask then person behind the register she said she didn’t work for Walmart and would find someone no one showed up poor customer service

Small for a Walmart in a huge town. I went early in morning and shelves were stocked. I appreciated the self-check out running smoothly.

This Walmart was easy to get to off the interstate. Plenty of handicap parking. Store was very clean. But most of all store had 5 checkers working! Now days you are lucky to see 1 checker working.

They still have a loaf of freshly baked french bread for a dollar ! You cant beat it !

Wal-Mart is a place that I believe, a lot of people enjoy visiting. They are usually busy at any given time because the generally carry everything that anyone would be looking for. Most employees I have met or seen are pretty good workers. But most everywhere have these employees that are just..... Let say..... Not happy anywhere, so the should just find a different job or perk the heck up and dont ruin peoples visits to Wal-Mart. Things are bad enough with our world today! Let Wally World Be a Happy place! Not very organized but a good Walmart I guess

This Walmart is absolutely terrible. They are understaffed, which is perhaps partially beyond their control but the supervisors are terrible and believe me when I say that they do not give a single F about their customers!Dont do online grocery pickup here either because you will wait forever. They have no rhyme or reason to the order in which they get to customers and it is total chaos. You are better off going inside yourself or using Instacart!

A fairly clean Walmart to say the least. The store was also well stocked.

Its a good place to go, and in my experience with the people that work here they are all friendly and courteous.

The more time I spend shopping at Walmart the more I hate it! They continually stop carrying brands that are popular, move stuff to the craziest places so that you have to have an app just to find them in the store. Most of their employees do not know their stock, dont speak english, or want to argue with you on what you are asking about. Just an all around bad taste in my mouth! They will continue on their merry little way until they put themselves out of business.

Never enough cashiers. The cashiers that they do have are more often than not rude and give off an I don’t wanna be here vibe. Stock all day instead of at night so there is always an employee in the aisle blocking at least half the aisle. I know that Walmart’s aren’t known for being the best anyway but come on.

I have been to this, my local Walmart, hundreds of times. The selection is good and employees have always veen helpful though you may have to go looking for them. They are also excellent in handling unruly customers and are generally helpful when they can be.

Good store...but I noticed that some of the shelves were empty of certain items. Nobody badgered you about wearing a mask, though, so thats a plus. Had they said that it was mandatory to do so, though, I wouldve.

Went there the other day and got a pork butt roast went home put it in the fridge. The sell by date was july 23 2021. Went to go cook it today and when I opened it the smell was so disgusting. Will not be buying any more meat from wal mart because this isnt the first time this has happened to me or to someone I know. Dont know what is going on but they need to do better about their meat selection.

Went to pharmacy to pick up meds. Ready and sales people were very helpful and efficient.

I would give no stars if allowed i went in the eletronic department to print some pics 1st machine didnt work was told by one of the employees that they were garbage went to 2nd machine spent an hour picking out pics machine went white said canceled order asked over and over for help when the girl finally got a manager he stood blank faced never apologize or offer heelp what happened to customer sevice even as i write this review no one cares the knew word calling people is who the world has created cause no one cares of you shop or not anymore

Anything u need is here. However no matter the time or day, when stocking is going on you as a customer go unnoticed. You cant seem to get any help or youre treated like a problem. Not from all the associates but here lately most.

This Walmart in Staunton, VA is always busy. I know that the grocers are leaning toward self-checkout, but they really should always have one available for people who are disabled. They try to keep the store stocked but they seem to never be able to do so because they are so busy. But the store is clean and they have fresh food.

Poorly stocked, very dirty, items on shelves are not in correct location and very messy. There’s frequently products laying on the floor which is a trip hazard and store managers walking around not addressing these issues. The bathrooms are frequently filthy.

Its Walmart...I mean, they are identical and nothing stands out with this one. Its not bad? Haha

Very friendly service, when I went to pay I thought I forgot my credit card at a restaurant and she offered to write it down for me.They have very strict policies when handling electronic merchandise.And they have plug in stations.

Staunton walmart is always a little crazy. Not a bad visit. There is just usually a ton of people here.

This Walmart is usually not bad just busy as heck like any other Walmart. I have anxiety problems(due to covid) so now I do the Walmart pickup, now that is a disaster!! I have been doing this since it started and I have only ever received my order in a timely manner once! every other time it takes 45mins to 2 hours. I thought that was normal until my mom told me her Walmart always brings it out within 5mins!! I don’t know if the app isn’t alerting them or if it’s just poor management but this pickup option is great but definitely needs some work!!

I wasnt to pleased with my experience. We had issues with the self check out 2 or 3 times. And the staff just stood on the other side of the isle and watched. Then they told us that someone would be right there to help and they walked off. It was rude and disappointing.

Always great picking up my .com and grocery orders people are always friendly and helpful.. when have to call they are respectful and quick about bringing my orders. Thank you all .com and ogp teams I appreciate everything you do to help people in this hard time especially people like me with health issues that keep me from going in store and in public places thank you all for working so hard to keep our orders together and fulfilled

We found this Walmart to be a well stocked store, clean and with very helpful staff. We needed a number of Halloween items in addition to our normal shopping and we crossed everything off the list while here.

I was able to find all of the household items we needed for my sons new apartment. The associates where very helpful finding things

Only Walmart I’ve been to that mainly has self checkout. They watch you like your a criminal while using self checkout and they make you show your receipt upon leaving. I’ll shop somewhere where I’m not suspected of stealing because they are so cheap to run more actual lines.

Only one live person cashier open for checkout in the entire store. Not cool. I did find merchandise here that I could not find in the Wboro store.

Shelves are not stocked in both grocery and clothing side. Never anybody to offer assistance. Need more cashiers, not self check out. Some of us still write checks. I know that things are changing but there are still some of us older people that need help.

This Walmart supercenter is really great if you’re traveling with an RV this Walmart is stocked of all the things you need from water filters hoses and all those additional RV items that you don’t find at every Walmart this is a travelers Walmart now 24 hours it opens at 7 AM but has everything you need highly recommend if you need a place to stop over for the night there’s also a Sheetz and a Lowe’s right next-door

The cleanest Walmart Ive ever been in!

We stayed overnight in a motorhome. Signs in lot say no truck or trailer parking but we called and they said ok to park for RV.

The employees are just beautiful souls and helpful. The Pharmacy experience has improved much, not as long of a wait as it used to be and the Pharmacist are wonderful, always get to know them, they are very helpful 😀 The prices are a blessing for the quality of clothing or jewelry or anything you buy. Great selection of food.⚠️ ONLY CAUTION ⚠️ - I enjoy fresh fruits and veggies, it can be a hit or miss in the because many times they will stock them, especially salads in bags, with only 1 day left till expiration date on the package...Also me and my boyfriend bought our son a Fish Tank, we didnt read the box, it looked like it had everything included wed need but got it home and realized wed have to go back out to finish buying the rest of the parts. We went to Petco, where they had what we were looking for all along at a Great price. Suggestion: for some pet supplies, Petco in town is a better choice. Otherwise this place is a abundantly priced for low income people!LOVE TO ALL WALMART EMPLOYEES!

Its Walmart. What can you really expect? I didnt expect to come across pastries that were 3 weeks old and covered in mold, but I wasnt surprised either.

Wasnt as clean as it could be seeing how you have to check your own self out, well they will bring your items up if youre willing to stand unline forever . The product is ok its just the service and attitude I get from most that work there and I did not say all just alot . Some are very helpful others not so much . If I had more choice without driving far away I wouldnt shop there at all

Walmart needs NEW management. Shelves have gaps and empty boxes where items are supposed to be. There is a waiting line for checking out. Two and 3 associates busy in the isles trying to sort items. As much as I dislike self check out, its a waiting line there also. I like a store where shelves are well stocked and cashiers are there to to scan your groceries! If I wanted to scan and bag my own items I would get a job at a food chain.

Love the curb side pick up for grocery and also the pharmacy! Employees are well trained with any questions you may have. Minus one star due to organization

Has a great selection of just about everything. Its always pretty busy there, and there are usually evidence of misplaced and missing merchandise throughout the store. But that is most likely due to understaffing and a lot of shrink issues. Staff are friendly and helpful, in my experience.

This store is trying to keep supply with demand. The employees are great! I have observed very rude customers toward the employees and the employees handle it professionally as best they can. The employees are patient with customers learning self check out which is also a plus! If asked any question and the answer is not known they will go to great lengths to find an answer for you about any of their products!

The Staunton Va walmart grocery pickup is horrible

This store is always busy! But they always seem to have what I go in to get.

On their website it said that on isle soso an item was located for my mom to get on her insurance but they dont even carry it anymore . Her insurance only pays for that brand item.

Purchased an amex gift card for a graduate, went to self checkout but stopped and asked the cashier if she needed to ring it up at her register or if I could ring it up without needing an associates swipe. She stated I could do it myself. So off to self check out I go, and guess what? Yep, had to wait for the cashier to swipe her card and approve the amount before I could continue. Frustrating.

In general, better than many Walmarts I visit when I travel.

Workers were friendly and helpful. They need a map though, difficult to find everything.
