The store is clean and organized. The store manager is great and extremely helpful. He knew where everything was and made sure I didn’t forget the oil for a generator I purchased.

Typical HF.It was right after Christmas so Im sure the employees were a little burnout. They were a little more solemn than usual. But brief casual conversation seemed to get them in a better mood. I cannot imagine how stressful working retail during the holidays is.

Found the welding gloves I needed and they are actually decent quality. I couldnt find the 3 speed fan blower I was looking for, but the lady at the register looked it up and found one in the back for me. She was very nice and ill definitely shop here again

Bought a Pittsburgh engine stand at the Rincon location and it had a broken weld. Return service was less than great and they had no idea if or when another would arrive. Mr. David the manger at the Statesboro location gave great service and even checked a few stands for the same issue. Highly recommend the Statesboro location. Not so much the store in Rincon though.

Love Harbor Freight one of my favorite places to go. I use a mix of tools from Ridgid to Chicago and Pittsburgh. For many of the tools I use Harbor Freight has as good as they get.

Employees dont seem to know the inventory or the location of items. Went around in circles and then found the larger item I wanted in the impulse section

I go to Harbor freight every Saturday night. My brother in law loves this store and I have become like minded. I can always find something I need. This month its new hoses. Bought three so far. Good quality and heavy duty.

The Statesboro Store Rocks....

Extremely rude cashier. Nice store......and all the stuff you need like the rest and a great location . Its a shame people like that are allowed to run customers off. Downright RUDE CURT nasty person. Been shopping harbor freight for years.....never again at this store as long as management allows people like this to work there....I wont spend a penny. Go to hinesville store....nicest folks around.

I love this place it reminds me of Home Depot it just dont have demo classes on Saturday morning thats the only thing that I miss about Home Depot you can go and find what you need customer service is on point

Very organized helpful staff. The store is always clean and well stocked. I hope it stays this way. The only reason. I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is only 1 entrance and exit even though there is an adjacent road that could have another entrance on it. Maybe in the future.

Woohoo! Ive been waiting on a Harbor Freight to be in this area for quite some time! I went to the soft opening today, and Wally Lee and company did an outstanding job. All the employees were great, and the store was clean and amazingly well put together. Will be spending far more time and money there than I likely should be :D

Based on the experience I had literally as soon as I walked in the door from the cashier I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from ANY Harbor Freight ever. I had heard great things about it, this was my first (and now last) experience. She was rude and straight up ugly towards me, my son, and my father in law as soon as we walked in the door saying “we are closing soon, I should have locked the door. You need to leave.” I came in for the specific purpose to purchase some lighting. Knew exactly what I wanted and ready to give money. I know the one individual isn’t the whole company/store but unfortunately REPRESENTS the name on her shirt and employer so in that represents Harbor Freight. If that’s acceptable customer service from training and onboarding. I’ll gladly give my money somewhere else.
