If you have any problems with your vehicle, this is the place to go. The staff is really nice, patient, professional, and they do a wonderful job. I’m a college student, and I got in a wreck a couple of weeks ago. They handled the process with the quote and everything very well and got my car in and fixed in a very timely manner. 10/10

I have had several appraisals and repairs at Advanced, bot at their current & previous locations. They are super professional, accommodating and thorough. They do excellent work, and do everything possible to keep you informed. In my estimation, they are the best in Mississippi. Certainly, they are they best I’ve dealt with in nearly 50 years as a vehicle owner. Their customer service is first rate.

I was sent to Advanced Collisions by my insurance company and originally I was very satisfied with the service, especially customer service. That was until it was time for me to pickup my car. Since I work a few hours from where I stay I had to take off from work to go and pick up my car, which wasn’t a problem. That morning I got up and gave them a call and they let me know that it would be ready that evening. 45 mins before it was time for me to pickup my car they told me I wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle until the next day because they weren’t finished with all of the detailing. Unfortunately, the next day was a Saturday and they were closed. So they kept my car almost 20 days to fix an issue that should’ve at most taken 5 days and not to mention the fact that I still ended up taking off work again to pickup my car.

I am very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle. I had a collision with a deer and couldnt believe the finished results! You cant even tell I have been in an accident. I highly recommend Advanced Collision in Starkville.

Excellent repair of my Elantra

Advanced Collisions did such a wonderful job on my 2015 Dodge Dart after I was hit by transfer truck a couple years ago I didn’t even hesitate about where I wanted by 2018 Dodge Journey to go after it taken and suffered damage from that theft. Again I was very happy with my car after I picked it up. I would and have been recommending them to my friends.

Have a 2019 Mustang that suffered road debris damage to the front. The crew at Advanced Collision repaired it and it looks like new again! Great work and great folks!

Very friendly and super fast with professionalism

I had $1000 to pay towards a deductible and wanted to put it on my credit card to get the rewards but they wanted to charge me $35 to put it on a card. So I tried to put it on my debit card - that was also a $35 charge They would only take cash or check? It’s 2020!!! I literally had to drive home to get my checkbook to pay them. I don’t pay cash for large transactions. This seems very unprofessional being that I don’t normally carry thousands in my purse with me, nor have I carried a checkbook since the 1990’s.

I received a daily phone call about my repairs. They were friendly and professional from the beginning til the end.

They are great guys and expert in what they are doing. They provided an actual and authentic assessment of my damaged car without any preference for their own benefit. If you have an accident and you dont know who can help you, just call them. They will be a strong supporter for you when you are dealing with insurance guys and you get what you deserve. My insurance persisted on the repair, but they have approved that my car should be total based on the authentic evaluation of the damage and price of the good quality parts.
