Just Love all the cashiers theyre so sweet. Also they actually listen. The management is really great. They will try and order stuff for you if you ask.

My family and I shop here all the time, last night for the first time I walked into the restroom and it was so disgusting!! I understand that its been a crazy time of year but COME ON! theres no need for the restrooms to be that disgusting specially at a food store... in one of the stalls there was blood on the floor!! That uis not sanitary at all.. the rest of the store is nice and organized. Please management do something about the restroom situation, why is it so hard to keep it clean??

As I frequent this location I expect long lines because there seem to be 4 - 5 employees in the entire store every time i go there. (Except for the bakery and the security guard). Today was by far the worst of many bad experiences at this location.As I listen to the cashier LUCY argue in a rude manner to the customer in front of me about the sale price of sodas, she leaves the register to verify the price. I really dont know who was right or wrong but the back and forth continues for another 4 mins as they do multiple voids and new transactions for this one order of soda and cat food. As I am the next person to pay for my items I didnt feel it necessary to leave the line. Also because there was only one other line and during the back and forth between Lucy and the customer, both lines became backed up well into the Isles.By this time I am the next person to check out for over 13 minutes so I ask if there is another register opening up and i was told by Lucy no then I ask for a manager in which she tells me it will be hard for her because the manager is busy. I tell her that I need to speak with a manager immediately. She pretends to call on the radio for a manager and i called her out on it by informing her that she needs to push the button and wait for a response. She then tells me she is just a cashier, i dont know what to tell you.At this time a woman walks by that Lucy describes as her manager. I began to speak to the woman about the incident and she tells me she is not a manager but another cashier. So Lucy intentionally lied to me in order for me to go away. I then approached the 2nd cashier that was originally open and she led me to the manager LAURA.Laura seemed very disheveled and inexperienced in handling store volume. By this time there were 3 registers open but the volume was accumulated over a period of 25 mins with people only waiting on line to check out. While i was trying to voice my issues with the manager Laura she tells me she cant talk to me unless i get on the check out line. By this time my items were paid for so getting on another line was not necessary. She then tells me that she cant help me right now because she has customers even though when i approached her she was not even at the register as of yet.Most of the associates take little to no initiative to ensure a good customer experience. Arguing and belittling customers as well as horrible responses to exceedingly long lines. The managers response to her role in that store is a disappointment and honestly, the Food 4 Less brand should be embarrassed to have a location run under such circumstances. People rely on their neighborhood supermarket for food for their families and such abuse and disrespect should not be tolerated. Especially from a representative of a supermarket chain

Any food for less Ive visited has been great, their employees must be well taken care of and happy which in turn makes us customers happy!

Staff is helpful & friendly

This store doesnt enforce the mask rule. There were a handful of people that came in without mask. The security guard and others employees didnt say anything. Even when they went to checkout the employees said nothing. Shop here at your own risk.

Fire your cart attendant or hire one for god sakes because they are not doing their job I ended up with a cart with 2 broke wheels no other cart in sight in the store so I had to drag my groceries around the store in a broke cart. You get one star for the nice workout but that’s about it!

I went to Food 4 Less to pick up some milk and some bread however while I was there I noticed that a lot of different items theyre on sale for very good prices. So I ended up buying some ham, some pork ribs, some cheese, some cuties for the kids and a few treats for the kids also. The staff there help me find a couple items. And everything was very neat and clean. Normally I find the prices a little high but today they were actually a lot less than most of the supermarkets that I normally go to. I will definitely add Food 4 Less to the stores then Im going to go frequently from now on.

Wok express is a good place to get food to go. Love it

It depends on the time of day and day when you can shop here and I really had no problem finding what I was looking for and I was able to check out really quickly. I usually have to wait in a long line and that is usually at night. Today it was Thursday afternoon around 3pm so they had more than 2 check stands open.

Certain people are allowed to shop with there bag. If you have been working hard or appear homeless forget it. Way to go security. You are assuming you know who is what! Again a certain employee who brings in the shopping carts and is a older Mexican male is following certain people around the store like he is securitys watch dog. Perhaps he should just do his job instead of trying to do securitys job.

Friendly staff, sales are always occurring, prices better than stater bros. Ill definitely be coming back. The parking lot is always a mess and pretty sketchy despite the store being 500 feet from a police station so that is why I gave it 4 stars. Theres two red box machines and the store is very spacious, its rare that it gets crowded there. Theres also some Chinese food and a very large section of alcoholic beverages. This store has a very wide selection of groceries

This cashier (Google previously would not let me say her name) gave me an attitude when she helped me once. I had 2 carts with my boys helping me and over $300 worth of groceries and had unloaded all my food onto the checkout counter. Some of my items I had already bagged. I was short a little bit of money and, I had to tell her more than once that I was going to eliminate some items off my amount. Turns out I was only about $30 short of what I needed to pay. But I did not like at all how unwilling she was to help me to do that. I told her Why cant you just help me remove some of these items? Although my predicament was my own that I didnt know how much money exactly I had in my account, I think it was very foolish of her to be so adamant that I should place my order on hold.When I finally did convince her to help, Gloria made a big deal about it in Spanish (not knowing I am fluent in the language) to the customer behind me that she had to remove all the items from the counter and she turned them away because of me. Then she is on the phone asking for help to collect the items. I did try to have removed the things I did not need but took off $50 dollars worth of items as I didnt know for sure my account amount. My second card swipe was successful. I was so upset at her for not wanting to help me, I almost left the entire $300 worth of groceries there. She could have lost the store a purchase of $260 if I had decided to leave, which I very much could have. The point is I did not like Glorias outright unwillingness to help in the manner I was requesting, that is not the way you treat a customer. I went back another day, to pick up a few more items, and I said as she rang up my smaller order to her Hey I wasnt trying to give you a hard time the other day. I was probably your pain in the butt customer of the day. Can you believe she responded. Oh, yeah! Now when I see her, I avoid getting in her line. I used to be a frequent customer to Food4Less, but I rarely go there now.

Ive been to Food 4 Less theyre in Stanton on Beach and Katella approximately four or five times this year. My first experience was all I can say is an experience. It was late in the evening and I just had to run in and get a few things and of course I spotted one of your seasonal items and I was interested in buying. The Box had one of your larger yellow signs and it said 4 99 when I got to the register it rang up at 6 99. The store was closing at the time I was checking out. I mentioned something to the cashier about the merchandise I was buying and I asked her what there policy is regarding prices being marked incorrectly. At first she acted like she did not know what I was talking about and it is my understanding that the policy 4 mismarked items is supposed to be posted in, at, near, the registers. As I said the store was getting ready to close( I knew this because every three and a half to 4 minutes they were announcing it over the loud speaker). Also there was a manager at the door and she heard my conversation with the cashier. At first, she did nothing then she intervened and told me that the policy is in the office and the she does not have access to it.

This place is clean and has friendly neighborhood folks working there.

Nice clean store. The staff for the most part are nice. Today though I was checking out and my cashier was so rough with my food. She would just toss it. I usually organize my items the way I want to bag them. She didn’t care. I had to tell her to slow down. I noticed she totally crushed the bread of the customer ahead of me. If I hadn’t said anything to her she would of crushed my bread and bags of chips. It’s food lady not bricks .

Food 4 Less - Stanton, CA has a clean store and good prices. You should bring your own bags and you must bag your own groceries. If you dont mind that, its the store for you.

Well to get cigarettes theyre coming door busted off and they blamed the lady in the first all that wasnt 15 or less. it wasnt her fault because it had already had a signed written on there she just didnt want to have to go do it. Never underestimate the power of human laziness and the inability to listen to advice on how did fix it or the offering of being able to do it for free and saying that you would do it for even a pack of cigarettes. You try to know your value as a man yet sometimes you get reminded that everybody is looking for excuses. Now its exactly like Son Goku said when you fall off that horse we get right back up and you eat that horse so come eat that horse with me.

They have a good inventory for sales items. They rarely are out of an items and the customer service is really good. The liquor is locked up and its awesome to see the disappointed look when minors go into that section.

This used to be a great store to come to for value, but this location on beach Blvd in particular has lost a long time customer. Inside its ok, but theres a huge homeless camp of people that invade the parking lot and in front of the store. Today I went and there were no joke people doing drugs in broad daylight, and needles on the floor and people were using. The staff/city needs to do something about this, cuz its beyond not safe!!!!

This has been our grocery for the last 13 years. It used to be at garden Grove and beach Blvd but when Albertsons closed this became food for less. Most staff are very friendly and they know us as regular customers. Once a week we do our grocery shopping here. We know where most of the items are located but if we are not sure there is always a helpful person. Plenty of parking and carts available. We love this store!

Nothing to complaint about this place. Open late. Good price. Fresh veggie and diversity snack options. I would highly recommend

Prices are great on certain items but selection are not all there so adjustment are needed for certain products, lines are slow, cashiers lack professionalism, homeless seem to be heavily populated here and tend to harass you going in and out of store. Only reason why I continue to go is because of prices and savings.

This store has been my favorite for many years, but recently the management has began to ready slack and I dont recommend it to others so much anymore. The prices are still the best around for every day groceries, but their selecrion has dwindled since they have stopped carrying many things. Their biggest problem is that it seems that nothing is ever stocked anymore, empty shelves have become a very common thing lately.

Great prices with a very large selection of items. Only gripe I can say I have is the lines are typically pretty long. Granted you have to bag your own items which Im sure is why things can take a little longer for those that have never had the opportunity to bag their own items. You gon learn today! LOL! Otherwise great store I do my regular Grocery shopping here.

Main items are easy to find. Specialty items are not at this store. The items are basic but is generally to suit the general public but yet variety. The people are friendly.

Fantastic prices. I picked up 3 tri-tips . We were on our way back to Las Vegas. 7.99 in Vagas 2.97 at food 4 Less.

Really good place. Has many low prices that i couldnt find in other stores. They also have a small restaurant inside if anyone wants a bite.

Only place I can find my father-in-laws cookies. I drive 10 miles every month or so to stock up on them. Store is clean. Good prices.

This place is very dirty. I hate coming here if my kids havent gone to the bathroom beforehand. We usually only stop in for a quick sec out of fear the kids have to use the restroom. Our last visit Mon 8/21of course the kids had to use the bathroom. Man.... I can only speak for the guys side but it was horrendous. The big stall had wet (used?) toilet paper all over the floor. I went to the smaller one and it wasnt that bad until I put the seat down. Thats when I noticed urine and poop on the seat. Yes the part where youre supposed to sit. As I walked out a lady was coming out of the womens restroom so I had to ask how conditions were for her. She only replied with a gasp and a crazed look on her face. Nuff said. I told a store rep and she said she would get someone over there to clean it. As I walk around for about 30-40 minutes I went back to see if it was cleaned, mind you my daughter has been holding in her pee for this time, and nope. Not even the TP in the floor.Not only are the restrooms bad but the sidewalks as well. They never keep the grounds outside cleaned up. I dont care for this place too much but they have good deals on fruit. Thats the only reason I gave 2 stars. Wash you hands before during and after visiting this place

One of the cashier she wearing a weird make-up she is not good i went shopping with my kids and after our shopping we came to check out all the cashier full of groceries and lots of people are waiting and I saw her on casher 15 items or less she just stand there and watch other cashers doing and I was decided to go to her so she can help us to check out our shopping and she end up told us is for only 15 items or less she is not gonna help me check out my shopping and she mumbled in Spanish to a lady behind me.

Store itself is above average...Theres a ton of rif raf that hangs out in front of the place. Dont like being constantly pan handled.

My husband had to shop there twenty minutes prior to closing unfortunately on his way up to the register as they were closing he was treated very rudely by the management and staff granted they were closing and they were in a hurry to do their job. The sad part is my husband walks with a slight limp from an injury and they were rushing him when he said Im coming Im slow I have a limp they still proceeded to be rude and disrespectful to him he was not deliberately trying to hold them up and they couldve used a little more kindness towards their customers.

The Food 4 Less on Katella and Beach in Anaheim is clean, with friendly service. Better yet, prices are LOW.

I like the quality of produce at Food 4 Less. The meat department lacks but it is okay if you just want chicken or ground beef. No butcher department to assist.

This place offers great deals for fresh products. Its not too crowded and has okay service.

Went shopping alone around 9pm and I dont recommend it due to the sketchy people in the area. Having to grocery shop late because of work, so I can feed my kids and at the same time be on guard incase I had to knock out some whacked out fool trying to come up is not my idea of a well managed store or property. Light the place up! Have your employees say hello to the customers maybe? No one actually said a single word as they passed, which means they dont care about the place they decided to get a job at.

Not much asian vegetables & seafood in offerings. I find the veggies pricey compared to freshchoice/superkings where i usually go for grocery shopping.
