Euro Zone Auto made me feel comfortable browsing, test driving and buying a car. When I first walked in, I was properly greeted and offered to test drive the car I was looking for. Then when I was inspecting the car, there was no pressure at all. No salesperson bragging, no time limit, no nonsense. I simply felt respected as a car buyer.

I loved the warmth and professionalism they were able to get the car my family wanted for a very low monthly payment they catered to our every need and had things on the car fixed before we took it home even offered to have it delivered to our house once repairs were complete. My son tried to finance a car he cant get financed and they wont return his 2000 down payment. can they do this in ca?He tried to finance the car drove off lot 2 weeks later they cant finance him cause they need paystubs, which he provided but they are from an independent contractor shows no deductions just amount and check number, he returned the car, father tried to co sign a no go for some reason. i tried to co sign was unable, then he tells me that he actually qualified me for a loan in my name without my permission!! but he needed an extra 4000 for a total of 6000 down payment, my son called and told him no and he just wants his money back he told my son no he signed something saying its non refundable. my son said he never seen that document and was not in the papers they sent him home with!!, he was rude( FRANK)hung up on my son and refused to give him the finance managers name and number!! it was him!! what can he do!! hes young and didnt know, and can they process a loan if i had no agreement, only to co sign??. this is a type of scam yo yo financing or spot financing. they will not return out calls. we are in the process of of sueing this co. also the non refundable contract ws forged with his signature it was not in the his documents then all of a sudden he gets a photo of it. it does look similar but he never signed it they did and and try to say he did. we will have it analyzed if need be. it seems as though they get a lot of good reviews maybe thats a lie as well!. or maybe its a racial issue who knows!! BEWARE!!!!

I bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S that ran great. When I started having trouble with it after having it for a while and I immediately called. I brought the car in the next day. Less than a week later I come back to get the car. It was cleaned and detailed and ran amazingly. I have NEVER experienced service of this magnitude. The people are amazing and they have a great selection of cars. I could not be more pleased with my decision to go through Euro Auto Zone.

They worked with me to help me finance the car that I wanted even though I did not have much of a credit history because I am so young and never owned a credit card before. They were the only ones who would help me and now I am so happy that I have my own car! They were very kind and worked with me and my circumstances and even gave me a 30 warranty even though they didn’t have to. I 100% recommend them! 😄

I was looking for a car very interested I called 4 times they told me to make an application online I did. Drive 45 minutes to see the car and they said it is sold.

Dealership is taking advantage of the COVID crisis to misrepresent their cars knowing that some customers take the virtual tour and get the car delivered. They showed virtually a care that they said had no warning lights, and after I paid they delivered a car with a faulty engine and the check engine light on. Dishonest dealer and they are hiding behind cars are sold as is. Not to be trusted.

Bought a BMW 435i yesterday...one of the easiest car purchases ever. He let us take it over to Sterling BMW for an inspection. The car was super clean so we drove it back over and bought it. Simple.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. THEY ARE LIARS. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Veloster here from masood back in October. We test drove the car and everything seemed. Fine. Till I bought the car. Took it to my local car shop to check the oil and everything. Big o tires had to replace the oil. The whole inside was not cleaned and there was no oil in the car. Masood said the car had been in no accidents. A week after buying the car I saw that the front piece on the car was hanging down due to the previous owner. NOW I am finding out the engine is consuming all of the oil in less than 2,000 miles. So I have to take it to the Hyundai dealership to find out further problems. Masood only gave me a 30 day warranty.
