The first time I visited the store was for Collinite 845 and have been delighted with product and the customer service. Today, I visited for products from Griots Garage. I was looking to get a turbo because my 08 WRX had blown a turbo seal and was smoking like crazy. Instead of rebuilding, I decided to upgrade. I was looking to get a td06 20g bolt on, but unfortunately they were not in stock. They did however have a td05 20g bolt on with upgraded ball bearings and billet wheel for a few hundred more. Gwen was awesome and actually price matched it with the td06 I wanted, making it a HUGE discount. So I got a better turbo that makes the same power and spools quicker at an awesome deal! This place is awesome. I live in Riverside, County. I drive all over thoughThey always treat me extremely well when I come for a visit. Ask them, (Edwin) what they sold me to increase my power and mpg on my 2011 Sentra with a CVT. Seriously...& it was a cheap switch. It works on Suburu CVTs too. My car had 34 hwy mpg from the factory (NEW). Now its 40 to 45 @ 64mph steady, & I have 160k on it.. No bull!!!! That stuff works!!!I drive for Lyft, and for Uber. I really needed to save on my MPG. Thanks guys

Im glad to work with Gwen and his crew. They are top notch at what they do and as far as pricing, very reasonable pricing! They just completed tuning my 2013 infiniti g37 and installed all the bolt ons for me in 3days.I noticed the gains in my torque and high rpm around 5-6000 rev. My review is based on the on-line process and the exceedingly long time its taking to be refunded my core charges. First contact regarding core charge refund was December 4th; contacted again December 12th, at which time I was told accounting is processing the request. Accounting obviously wasnt, because I had to contact them a month later for an update (January 12th).January 12 reply was Let me check this with accounting and get back to you as soon as possible. Contact is initiated again (by me) on January 24th, after never hearing anything back. Spoke to Gwen on the phone the 24th, and was assured it would be taken care of. It is now February 4th and after being very patient, Im rather fed up.Edit: Received my core charge last week (2/7) it turns out the OEM didnt refund EDO the core charge until last week, which is why it took so long for EDO to return the core charge to me. That said, it is my opinion that the process is still broken, and took far too long. I dont believe my experience is typical, as I have heard nothing but good things about EDO. Despite my experience, I wouldnt hesitate to do business with EDO again in the future.

Hands down the worst customer service when it comes to their online store. Ordered two items from this company on the 30th of January. Was informed that my order was confirmed on the 1st of Feb. but no tracking number ever showed up so reached out to them on the 3rd and they said theyd email me shortly (THIS NEVER HAPPEN AS NO EMAIL WAS EVER RECIEVED) I followed up with them on the 6th and the 8th (with still no tracking number or notification of shipment) and now will not answer the form of communication they suggested I use to contact them with any question(though they clearly have seen it). Will never purchase products again from these guys and discourage anyone from making the same mistake

Got my subaru wrx tuned and regret it didnt make much of a difference ended up taking it somewhere else to get it tuned and the difference is night and day. Waste of money and time.

Excellent costumer service

I had Bought a down-pipe not from them and i took it to them to install it. They quoted me $100 and i agreed.So after they tried to install it 1 out of the 5 bolts did not fit. They said they tried all of theirs to get it to fit. (From my experience with a mechanic they would do the job for $100 and cut the bolt to fit or make it work. At least the ones ive previously worked with)So after all this they end up putting my old Pipe back on and charge me $30 extra because they had to Put the stock pipe back on.. BS.So after everything i Paid $130 for nothing... literally NOTHING. (Besides their time, i guess)..Experiences ive had, if they cant do it they dont charge me. I paid them to PUT IT ON and they did not..Oh and i took it to a generic shop after that told them the situation he looked at it. and it is on and working for $60. Probably will go out of my way to not go here again. Just because this is how they handle situations like this...
