I was so fortunate to be here when I experienced a medical emergency.The manager, Martinez, did everything he could do for me, and locked up my car and stored my car inside until I was out of the hospital and able to pick it upAn amazing customer experience !I recommend this crew and location without hesitation. Their kindness and service and generosity are unsurpassed.

Deceptive and poor customer service skills. Called in for tires at a promised price, but when arrived they tried to add bogus fees and pressure you to buy tires at a price that you did not agree on. Dont waste your time here as they try to force you to come in the store and upsell on people that are gullible. Went to pep boys instead and they offer 100 dollar less

Went in 30 minutes before they closed and they were able to get me a new set of tires on my car and an appointment to get a tune up the next morning. Jose Ramirez and Javier I believe were at the front desk to help me out and Jose even helped signing me up for their credit card which came in really handy. A different Jose was the mechanic and he definitely got my ride going smooth again. Will definitely be back in the future.

Called them 45 minutes before my tow arrived with my car (flat tire, no spare) and they greeted me by name upon arrival. They patched my tire for free all before closing time. Highly recommend this store and so thankful for the kind staff.

Darren, I think thats how you spell it, was the man. Originally was supposed to show up on a Saturday but he called me in on Tuesday as I recall and got me new tires right away. Granted it was a bit busy but the staff was courteous and very pleasant.I got what I wanted and was talked to with respect and wasnt tried to get talked into buying anymore of the expensive stuff.I did need a tire alignment but it was not like the dealership where they try to scam you and I wasnt sold any weird warranties.Will definitely go here again for service. This place has great employees. They do get a bit busy but after seeing the day to day rush and the excellent customer support Im willing to wait a few hours.

The two main employees that are at the front desk were very knowledgeable and the most politest personnel there at the Stanton facility. I went back to have it corrected and Martinez was very nice and apologetic, that they will take care of it right away and provided me with a free oil change and air filter. I’ve been putting off getting new tires for my 2016 Honda Accord Sport for a while now. There was a good review about this location on Facebook which led me to come into this store. I met with Darren and he exceeded my expectations. I got a new set of tires at a very reasonable price. You gained a new customer! I will be returning to get oil changes on my car in the future and will be recommending ATD to friends and family.

I had a puncture on one of my tires and brought it to this place to get it patched up. One of the mechanics assisted me by putting air into the problematic tire and said that the tire is leaking air really fast. He told me to talk to the service rep to get it fixed. I mentioned this to one of the service reps in the office who wanted me to direct him to my car to take a look at the issue. When we got to my car he didnt even ask which tire was the issue, he immediately kept looking at all my tires and telling me how bad all of it is and how it needs to be replaced while telling me they have a buy one get one deal and even a buy 3 get one free deal if I replace it now. I insisted that I cannot replace my tires today and I just want the one tire thats leaking air to be fixed for now. He immediately changed his tone and kept saying he cannot help me. So this service rep would rather have me drive to a different tire shop with air leaking fast (as per their mechanic) rather than help me by simply patching it up. This service rep took advantage of a dire situation I had just to make a sale.I went to big O tires close by. They repaired my tire and didnt try to sell me anything. I asked their mechanic what they think of my tires, and he said that the 2 rear tires are almost worn out but theres no immediate need to change it. I will recommend everyone to go to big O tires and avoid American tire Depot from now on. They will also get my business when I replace all my tires.

This place is amazing and the service was phenomenal. Had a nail in the tire, pulled in, they got me in within 5 mins and patched the tire for 20 bucks. Definitely amazing service and very friendly.

Service at this location was by far the best we have received at an oil service place. I had called the location in Cypress,Manny tells us to go in. We.get there in 15 minutes and he tells us that his guy clocked out and the other guy is busy and to go back Monday! Horrible! Managment needs know how to handle their location. I call this place in Stanton and the guy tells.us to go in. We get there in 5 minutes. The guys at the front are very nice,welcoming, and sociable. I know it was a Friday but they were extra nice and went an extra mile with their understanding and kindness. The staff at the cypress location can learn what customer service means from the staff at Stanton. Different ambiance and customer service.

I had a excellent experience with this location. I came very disgruntled from the fountain Valley location, thier customer service was absolutely GARBAGE. So I can here to Stanton for some warranty work, the other location has already messed up on. Mac and Darren took such great care of me. I felt they actually listened to my concerns about my car (I was being dismissed at the location, im assuming because Im a woman talking shop) Excellent Excellent experience. I went online ordered 4 tires they claimed to have at the store and was able to get am appointment. Very awesomeHere are the issues1-Went to the store 8 am in the morning next day showed them my confirmation email and the manager said that email doesn’t mean anything and he doesn’t go by that..Me wth email confirmation for???He said he doesn’t have anything to do with the website confirmation2- Manager then ask about my car makes and model and tires size. I gave him the Info and he replied. Sorry he didn’t have 205/50/17 instead he had 205/55/17. And warning me is a little bigger.Me then why you claim to have it on the website?He said website doesn’t mean anything.3- Manager ask me how much website quotes me for. Gave him the price plus a coupon for alignment . He then calculated a little bit than said it’s gonna be more than quoted because My car have tpm.Me why can’t you honor the price you quoted me for online. I provided you every single bit of informations that was asked on the website. Why I came here wasted my time with store that didn’t have what claimed to have and the manager said he has nothing to do with the website. What the heck you have that website for. What is email confirmation for?Buyers beware. Don’t waste your time with the business that doesn’t know the difference between it’s end and it’s bottom.

I had an emergency break caliper issue and, they got me right in and I was able to talk to the technician, Luis, and he showed me exactly what the problem was and got it taken care of! Bad service. You walk in and workers at the front doesnt even greet and continue to stare at their computers or paperwork. It wasnt busy but it looks like they are overworked, tired and didnt want to help. I wanted some tires that were in stock on their website but they didnt have them and they wanted to do a bait and switch. I keep forgetting why I dont come to american tire depot.

These guys repaired my tire, put back the spare within a half hour and did not charge me anything. I was shocked. I was so relieved and so appreciative. I am a single woman and have been taken advantage of when it comes to cars and I so appreciated their honesty and work ethic. If I ever do need new tires I will go there no question!

I purchased front tires for my car online via the American Tire Depot website and scheduled an appointment at the Stanton, California location to have them installed. When I arrived for my appointment the manager had his maintenance technician take my vehicle in the garage right away and complete my tire replacement and noted that I needed an wheel alignment. Best prices in town. Took care of me and my 2018 Audi Q7 with nice set of Pirelli Zero all season tires. They corrected alignment all is good now. Highly recommend them.

Thank you American Tire Depot of Stanton!I came in thinking I needed battery cable replacement for a broken clamp. My excellent mechanic showed me that the type of cable I have can have that clamp replaced, saving the cost of cable that was fine.Then he showed me that, while he had performed a full inspection for me, he had found a breakage that could soon lead to disaster! My radiator crown was cracked and leaking!I had been struck by another car backing into the front of my car. I hadnt even filed a claim since it looked only like my bumper was slightly damaged. But, apparently it forceful enough to crack off the plastic crown of the radiator.Thank you American Tire Depot of Stanton and my mechanic!FYI recently I had a coupon for another shop to have 40 point inspection and Lube Oil & Filter for $35. THEY CAUGHT NONE OF THIS!Thank you American Tire Depot of Stanton and my mechanic!

Great customer service.I actually went about a month ago and they gave me a quote, I asked how long would that sale be going for so I could return before it ends. He wrote the price on his business card and told me just come back whenever your ready and we’ll honor this price. I returned about a month after and there sale was over but I showed them the business card with the quote they gave me and with no hesitations they honored it and were friendly.
