I needed to remove / cover up the dated pea gravel concrete patio / walkways in my backyard. Blake from Increte offered a variety of different solutions. We ended up choosing limecoat overlay option. The project was handled very professionally on all fronts. They under promised but over-delivered, saying the job will be done within 6 weeks but finished it within 2. Execution was perfect, the guys did a phenomenal job adjusting pattern and colors to our liking. We are very happy with the final look of the patio and enjoyed working with Increte. Highly recommended!

We used Increte in 2008 to install our stamped concrete patio. We loved the job they did in 2008 and had them come back 13 years later to give the patio a facelift with new color and a reseal. Increte of Houston is absolutely amazing! They recently installed a stamped concrete patio and sidewalks along with a foundation slab for our backyard shed. The results where phenomenal! Definitely high quality work for a reasonable price.

Increte had previously installed my driveway a couple years ago. I had them come out to 1) repair the grout in my 23 year old flagstone and 2) replace the wood expansion joints in the driveway and front walkway with mastic. The grout was laborious, first requiring pressure washing to remove broken grout then grouting the spaces. That job was well done, took 2 full days and looks excellent. The wood was then replaced. This was again a long job with required chipping out the old wood a couple inches then coming back and installing sand and mastic. The new mastic looks great. The jobs were both done efficiently, everything was cleaned up. The price was reasonable for the work and I paid for it electronically. I would not hesitate to use Increte for any service that they perform.

We are very happy with the patio and pergola Increte built at our house. On projects with other companies I usually haven’t seen anything of the person who sold me on the project after signing the contract but Blake was here for the start of each phase of the project and followed up. He also made multiple visits to clear up design questions. The quality was top notch and completed in a timely manner.

Just had our new screenroom, patio and sidewalk finished. We are extremely satisfied with the work that Mitch did for us. The work looks great! One of the best parts of the experience was the availability of Mitch and his responses to any of my questions. It seems a lot of companies will respond to your questions within a day or two (if you are lucky) but anytime I sent Mitch a question I almost immediately got a response back. Lots of companies provide a great product however, not only was the product that Increte delivered to us (it was a substantial sized rear yard project including an outdoor kitchen) first class but it was also delivered on time and on budget. In addition to this their service was absolutely outstanding. They answered every question we had open and honestly, they told us what the potential pitfalls were and they successfully got around all of them and they were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. On top of all of that over the 3 years after the job was finished they managed to source some touch up paint that was no longer available and made no charge for doing so. 10 out of 10 but only because it is not possible to give 11 out of 10 and I would thoroughly recommend Increte of Houston to anybody. Mitch and his crew expanded our patio a few years ago with decorative stamped concrete. When we needed to renovate our our kitchen we reached out to multiple contractors for quotes, when we spoke with Increte they were incredibly helpful and really patient with the questions we had. Our sales rep Mitch helped us through out the entire process from the original estimate to every step of construction. Once we sat down to talk about our expectations and budget Mitch explained all the options we had at our price range and explained the timeline very clearly. With the help of Increte we now have beautiful new epoxy floors, an extended patio and even opened up our living room! Home renovation is a daunting and sometimes confusing ordeal but I can’t recommend Increte enough (Mitch specifically!) for simplifying the process at a very competitive rate.

I do NOT recommend this company. Their plumber not only plumbed our gas incorrectly, they used the wrong regulators on our outdoor appliances. Increte didn’t return phone calls and messages about fixing their error. There were also several problems with our outdoor kitchen that they wouldn’t come back and fix. This is what $50,000 gets you with this company.

Increte of Houston designed and built an outdoor patio 18 X 24 with full kitchen, bar area, 18 inch sitting bench and firepit with sitting bench.They supervised in construction of a 6X14 waterfall. The owner Blake supervised the project. The final product was outstanding. It was a super quality job and very price competitive. I would highly recommend this contractor.

One of the worst companys I have ever delt with. Filed with BBB with little results. I paid for one of their comtractors to come and redo the work and they screwed me. ound another company and they showed me what was wrong. They covered the expansion joints and the stamping will not stick. It keeps coming off. They get a ZERO to 1 rating from me. Any one is welcome to come and view the work.

I called for an estimate and was surprised on how fast my call was returned. After speaking with Mike Wetzel project manager about how the previous two companies I had contacted had failed to return bids I thought we were on the same page as to what my expectations were. Increte of Houston came highly recommended by my co-worker who had some work done. After meeting with Mike before work one day we discussed putting in a natural gas firepit, bench, patio and stairs. I did express my want for starting this project soon and he assured me I would have my bid within the week. I contacted him a week later after no communication, he needed two more days. It has been over a month and a half and have heard nothing from Mike or Increte of Houston. I dont know if this is an isolated case or something that is frequent but I really dont appreciate people wasting my time. I would rate these guys as unreliable.
