When my local dealer was having to tough time with SxS inventory, I decided to check around to see what might be available. I had been on a “waiting list” for the Teryx4, but got tired of waiting. I called White Knuckle and spoke with Rand. I told him what I was looking for and lo and behold he had four of the units I was looking for on the floor! We drove up the next day and met with Seth Cruz. From then on out it was nothing but a pleasant experience. No pressure, answered every question, not pushy on extras and the price was very reasonable. None of this “well you know these are in high demand and therefore we’re going to screw you for an extra grand”. Nope. Terrific experience with Rand and Seth. There was a goof up on the winch model which left me without the corded remote. When I asked at delivery “Uhhh where’s the remote?” Seth was on the phone to Rand and promised it would be taken care of. Heck…two days later on my porch was the corded remote! Wow they actually kept their word! I was admittedly surprised. I thought for sure I’d have to be the jerk to get what I ordered. Nope. These guys are the best. Oh-45 minutes to tie the remote in-line with the winch system. It was well worth driving almost two hours to get this sales experience. Thank you again Seth and Rand! I Brought my motorcycle in to get a new tire mounted. After coming back to pick it up and pay, the price was higher (not much) than I was told it would be, come to find out that the bike needed a new tube as well. Not a big deal, but they said since they didnt contact me about it, that they wouldnt charge for it. Nice! After grabbing my bike and riding home I was shocked to see all of the other little things here and there that they fixed and didnt tell me about. My kickstand was no longer stiff, in fact it was smooth as butter. My rear brakes adjustment was dramatically improved. And I think they may have done some cleaning on my blinker switch because it was easier to use. I am very impressed with their service and friendliness. This will be my go-to place for stuff like this from now on. Thank you White Knuckle Motorsports!

I ordered a trail bike from Rand about a month ago and just took delivery of it. Rand was helpful and honest in the transaction. I drove 40 miles to do business with a dealer who charges reasonable freight and doc fees.Rand saved me almost $1000 over what the other Kawi shops charge. Great service. Walked in and the people were very helpful. Answered all my questions and didnt pester me. They were effective in helping ride out of their with my new motorcycle. They arent pushy (so you dont feel like salesman prey) but they werent complacent either. Will be doing more business with them.

When we dropped off our bike we were told it would he about 3 weeks to get to it. We were fine with that but when 3 weeks came around we asked ben the serive manager if he had a eta when he could get to it. He told us he cant tell the future. That was all he said to us.

Some of the most knowledgeable people in Utah Valley when it comes to motorsports. Super chill atmosphere, and even better music. Always willing to cut you a good deal on anything you might need. They are a Licensed Suzuki and Kawasaki dealer.

My initial experience with White Knuckle was frankly a bit disappointing. I was interested in a particular motorcycle and the staff seemed disinterested or too busy. However, I have had at least 4-5 really positive interactions lately with the selection and purchase of a new Side-by-side. The staff was helpful, congenial, instructive and informative. I definitely recommend this business. They delivered on the product, their promises and the machine was much less expensive for the same model offered at other dealerships. Great value and good service.

Bought a brand new KLR 650. The price was awesome as well as the customer service. Reason for the 4 star is I was told it had a full tank of gas and ever new purchase come with a full tank and got stranded because the tank was empty. That’s a hell of a mistake to make.

I have purchased A bike from these guys and just purchased a 2019 Teryx 4 and I’ve had to take it back two times and they keep saying the same thing leaky coolant hose and replacing bushings and won’t fix the steering gear that is loose why ? still didn’t fix a damn thing and the coolant is low and coolant everywhere bolts installed backwards not very happy with the service

Called up White Knuckle and spoke with Rand, he took the time to answer all my questions, went in and worked with Rand in person and again answered all my questions with out any hesitation. He was very informative and very nice. Seth came out and introduced himself and said if we ever have a maintenance question, problem or concerns he would help in anyway. We bought that day and will be sending family and friends to White Knuckle for all their needs. Great customer service!!!!

Fixed the problems with my motorcycle but didnt tell me about all the other problems, when I finally came and got the bike (it was the busy season, took a total of 1 month) it wouldnt leave the lot until 20 more minutes of tinkering by the mechanic. Got it home and havent been able to get it to get out of my parking garage since.

Awesome Team. My buddies and I bought four bikes from them this year and they have treated us awesome. We had a couple issues with one and they were quick to jump in and get it resolved no questions asked. They have my business for sure when it come to green machines.

These guys were the only competent shop in all the valley. I was trouble shooting my 250 and they were the only guys that gave me the time of day. Then when I finally threw in the towel they looked at my bike and within 30 minutes of dropping it off they called me back and told me what the deal was. Fast impressive work. These guys are worth taking your vehicles to. Never busy either.

One of the best shops I have been in.My son and I were practicing at Bunker hill mx park and had issues with his kx250f. I called and spoke with Ben Buchanan in service, and he said bring it right in. We did and he spent some time on it and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.I will say the WHOLE staff took great care of us as we were bored and were asking lots of questions to help pass the time.If you need any repair work or parts or a new bike....I recommend these guys and this shop.Glad I found them.Douglas Jensen

Bought a new Ninja 1000 from Ian. Price was way less than any other dealer around, great customer service. Super smooth transaction all the way around, a great bunch of guys to work with. I will go to them first for my next bike purchase.

Ive gone here every year (this year will be my 4th) to have my safety inspection done. I dont think Ive ever made an appointment, just always gone in, and almost always been out within about 15 minutes or less. Never had any problems. Bought some lambskin gloves from them, they werent a great deal or anything (I think $35?) but Ive liked the gloves. The staff is always fine, nothing exceptional but never rude or anything.

Been coming here for parts and every time Chris does a fantastic job. Anything Kawasaki they are the place to go.

Ive requested information on a Kawasaki Z H2 multiple times but have not heard back. Lackluster customer service so far in my experience.

The service is great, but I hate the fact that we have to leave our side-by-side there for as long as it takes to get an appointment. Even if they could give us a 3 to 4 day appointment time that would be so much better than leaving it for 2 plus weeks especially in the summer when we want to be using it.

Went in there the other day 2 workers after 5 mins of us being in there freed up and just sat around and wouldnt help us we were wanting to buy but after we had to basically get attitude with one guy to get some help we finally got help but choose not to look further then today I called to get help on a diagram for a part and I got treated like I was dumb and didnt know what I was talking about and then basically got major attitude with me and disrespectful and basically refused to help even though I knew more then the pencil pusher looking at the manual and couldnt comprehend my intentions of what I was trying to do... so basically Ill go elsewhere and wont deal with whiteknuckle or its associates they dont deserve my business Ill go pay for what I want elsewhere even if it cost more

Ill never shop there again. They told me theyd bought some used bikes at an auction and that theyd be in in a week or so. I asked them to please call me when the bikes came in, so I could come in and buy one of them (an FJR 1300). They took my name & phone number, but I never heard from them.Finally I called them back about 3 weeks later and ask if the bikes still had not come in or what. The guy told me the bikes came in but the FJR Id wanted was gone....one of their employees wanted it so they let him have it. He acted like it was not big deal, as if my business wasnt really a concern of theirs. Wow.They could have at least called & said Sorry, but we wanted to sell it to somebody else (for whatever reason)Theyve lost my business forever. Very poor customer relations IMHO.

I have bought several vehicles from these guys over the years, from two four wheelers, a Mule, a Teryx and a Vulcan classic motorcycle. I wanted to upgrade my 2008 Teryx for a new fuel injected two seater Teryx but they wouldnt offer me a trade for my old one. I was told they wouldnt trade anything over five years old. My Teryx is in great shape and has been well maintained over the years and I was even told by Ian that it sounded and looked good. I was disappointed in their apparent lack of willingness to deal with a repeat customer and I will not go back again.South Valley Motorsports in Draper traded my old one for a new model and treated me like gold from start to finish. Your loss White Knuckle.
