FedEx has and always will be my preferred shipping company. Where else can you overnight something at 7:59PM on a Monday, and 99% of the time be able to pick it up at 8AM the following Tuesday? For only ~$25?No, Fed Ex is not the cheapest. However, for my area, they are the most reliable and consistent shipping service around. And thats saying something, our local USPS is amazing - but if I absolutely, have to have something and know where its at every step of the way, FedEx is the way to go.Not to mention, the staff at the Olive location are all amazing. They work their butts off day in and day out, yet still are happy when helping the customers up front (of which there are quite a few regulars, with regular weekly deliveries, that do the Show up at 8am for a pickup dance - been there, done that). Considering they are also rushing to offload and load trucks while also taking in deliveries/dealing with holds up front, they do an incredibly efficient job.The staff at this location is awesome and will go out of their way to assist.

I have had bad experiences with FedEx in the past but for the last year or so weve had a driver named Drew. He is great. Very personable and professional at the same time. A great employee that FedEx should be proud to have. He has changed my mind about using FedEx as a delivery service. Once again, great service.

I must have a new driver. He/she cannot read or follow directions.There is a sign CLEARLY pointing out my location and STILL my packagesget delivered to the wrong address. I dont have a problem with UPS, USPS, or my previous FEDEX driver. Must be hiring incompetent help these days.Im only leaving one star because I have to choose.

Friendly and fast service. My only complaint was that the computer system told me to come for my package after 6pm since I missed delivery at my home. I got there at nearly 7 pm and the driver was just unloading and scanning in packages. More accurate instructions would have been nice. But I got my package very quickly. The express shipping is crazy fast!

02.21.2013 Today we have 2-3 inches of ice on the road and I live at the bottom of a steep hill. Schools and businesses are closed. The FedEx driver called to make sure I was home. He couldnt get into my driveway so he WALKED the package down the icy hill, probably 1/4 mile. He could have waited until another day....but the package contained fresh flowers and he didnt want me to have to wait. Little did he know it was my birthday! Wish I knew his name.. I was so surprised I forgot to ask. Flowers from my granddaughter on a gray, icy birthday...wonderful.

I ordered boudoir pictures which are obviously very personal and they were shipped through FedEx. I have never had an issue with a missing package until this time, coincidentally. They said they are unable to locate the package as if it vanished into thin air. Definitely wont have anything shipped through here again, and am very upset that such personal pictures are who know where. FedEx definitely ruined the experience.

I had my wallet priority overnight shipped to my apartment, already a dangerous thing to ship a wallet; however, I paid more to have it overnight shipped as priority mail. As a delivery driver, i believe that one of the qualifications in your interview process should be able to read an address and deliver to the correct place? Maybe? My wallet was delivered to the wrong place, and the wrong floor, AND was ripped open by the time a neighbor came to my place saying that this was on their doorstep. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Don’t pay for anything from this company if you need something delivered to you. And don’t let “priority mail” make you feel better either.

Im so disappointed in the service I keep receiving. I am a may stay at home mom so I am always home. When I have made purchases and Im expecting a delivery, I can without a doubt expected if FedEx is the carrier it will be delivered to the wrong address. I have made several attempts to complain about the driver delivering my packages to the wrong address. With one time they resent with a delivery note stating it was to have a signature. Yet it was still delivered to wrong address and left on their front porch with NO SIGNATURE. To top it off the house theyre delivering packages to doesnt even have an address on the it. Yet mine does. I can go on and on about all my methods of giving them directions and everything else weve tried, but I am done.People you get paid to do a job. Please do it correctly, read, pay attention to address. After all isnt that why Im paying a shipping fee?

This place and organization get a singular star. I dont understand how I can find out that my package was not delivered to my house and then not be able to contact the local shipping center directly about a problem caused by their driver. Instead, I get to deal with corporate headquarters and wonder where my package went to. Not to mention that it is absolutely absurd that I have to answer the same three questions of were you home? did you check around your house? and will you check with your neighbors? Im fine with the first two...that isnt a problem, but checking with neighbors is kind of absurd in this case as it is a 60-70 lb package (I didnt pay to have to haul a package around. I paid for it to be delivered to my door) and some of my neighbors are crazy. I have no intention of talking to a neighbor about a missing package especially since this is a driver error. Now I get to wait 24-48 hours to see if my package shows up and if it is damaged.

OK, so my family was backing out of a store and a truck comes up behind us and parks. The driver then takes all of the small items in one at a time, even though he could have stacked them. So I want them to tell their drivers to not park in front of cars.

A very special Shout out and Thank You to the driver going north bound on Glenstone at about 0750 on the morning of 2-28 in Springfield, Mo. Your quick action and driving skills were nothing short of amazing. My husband could see you in his rear view mirror as you approached the intersection of Glenstone and Kearney. The icy conditions of the road made it impossibled to stop safely. My husband turned to see you jump the median in an effort to avoid hitting us from behind. Fedex lost a package that contained a computer, started a claim that took 3 weeks jumping through hoops to finally get a check. Then the check was only for $116.90. Not enough to cover computer. On top of that, the agent on the phone won’t hang up so I can do the survey at the end of the call. Dirty ball Fedex!!

My package was sent last Thursday. Friday, I called and got someone in another countrys call center whom I couldnt understand and who didnt know what to do to help me. Saturday, I drove out to the Fedex store on Campbell, and they looked up the tracking number and said it was on a truck and would probably arrive between 3 and 5 PM. I was home on the porch sorting photos from 2:30-5 PM and it did not arrive.As I was cleaning up the porch, I spied a piece of paper on the ground down below. I went down to pick it up and it was the FEDEX notice that they had been there at 1:30 PM. It was taped to the screen door and blew off, apparently. Now, Im going to where it said the package would be at 8 AM Monday morning to retrieve it, if I can keep it from going out on the truck.

The man at the counter tried to send me to Strafford and then wouldnt give me the package because the first name was wrong. I even had government documents proving I lived at the address and I had the sender call them to let me pick up the package. All-in-all, I spent 2 hours there before I convinced them the package was mine. Every time they told me the requirements to get my package, I would met their demands, they would came their mind and refuse to give me the package again. Nor once were they friendly or apoligize after they determined I was right. I was calm with them, I learned it is apparently never good to be friendly. This is a sad excuse for a company.

Ordered an expensive item. We were home when the driver pulled up, sat for several minutes, then left without delivering my package but marked as delivered without ever leaving the truck. I have a ring security camera that recorded the entire thing. I cant get any help through their customer service line and when I have got in touch with someone they promise a callback but I have never received a call. If you allow your drivers to steal from your customers I think more people should be aware.
