These are not the brightest people. I was trying to ship a small amount of money to my daughter in Europe in a birthday card. They said I couldnt ship currency internationally. I went to buy a money order as they directed, which took 45 minutes of my time. When I returned, they said I couldnt ship that. Their excuse was that they thought Lithuania was in California despite me discussing Europe with them on the first trip. I now have a money order that I cannot use and will take weeks to cancel and nothing for my daughters birthday. If they had just a grade-school level understanding of geography, this could have all been avoided. They are in the shipping business.

Not a fan, kid at front says he’s slow because he was only taught to search packages with sub number. Grabbed my phone and typed it in(Guess Rona is Gone). No greeting on entrance or exit. As a full package, sub-par customer service at best. I won’t be back to this one.

I have mailed packages from here many times. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have also used their packing assistance and everything arrived safe and sound. I would like to thank the staff and I hope the owner of this Franchise appreciates his staff.

Had a great experience! Chris, the manager, was able to quickly and effectively print out and post several hundred pieces of mail for my organization, and also notarized a personal document for me! I was able to submit my order by email, and she called me to confirm everything was correct—really appreciate she went the extra mile!

WARNING! Need drivers license & phone number to ship with these people! Now they have all my info including birthdate, address etc. With all the identity theft going on they need it for mail now!Needed to ship some papers and and some medication to someone, I needed a larger envelope but she tried adding a box into the bill, when I objected to the $25 cost to ship 0.34 lbs, yes that is just over 1/4 lb for $25! I grabbed an large envelope on the wall and that dropped the price to $14.19. I will not be back to this store. Good customer service only takes a minute but a bad review for that minute lasts forever.

Ive been to this location multiple times, as I live and work nearby. I have also used their notary before. Today was a very interesting experience because I was charged for their stamp and signature, which has never happened before. There was a couple of men that used the notary before me that were not charged. The book I have to sign had their signature and zero dollar amount right above my name. I was first lied to by the notary that it was a state law, which I know isnt true based on the free notary their before and the other businesses Ive used. When I pointed out that she didnt charge the men, but shes charging me, her reasoning changed and said it was because they were independently operated. Business policy is one thing, but picking and choosing who you apply policy to is discrimination

Good parking, clean store. This was my first visit to UPS as I normaly use the post office, but I was hoping to find a better way to ship. I was impressed with the associate who helped me today, Jordan. He had a great attitude and made the packing & shipping process quick and easy...what a blessing! Stress free, quick, great customer service, highly recommend this location.

Honestly had a great experience today! Another UPS store was not able to help me for some reason. But this store took care of everything with our Apple return and we were in and out in two seconds. The store smelled wonderful and the people were super friendly and kind and really fun! Unexpected but really saved our day! Thank you!

We shipped a large quantity of boxes from this location in May. Well, to be completely honest we dumped our lives on them and they managed to box it all up and get it delivered safe and sound to us in Hawaii. Everyone in the store took excellent care of us and our belongings. I am so happy that I found this store filled with friendly, caring, professional, customer service oriented people.

I went into this store to ship an item and was met with an indifference and rude attitude. Since, we do have choices I left and decided to use the UPS store on Battlefield Rd, where I was met with excellent customer service. I will be using the store on Battlefield Rd from now on or FedEx. Remember customers have choices and good customer service can go a long way.

Called in to request redelivery. The lady who picked up the phone was nice for the first two seconds then became really rude about how she can’t request it could have said to check the note for a number or had actual customer service experience. Don’t recommend calling.

Called this location today to redirect a package that was scheduled to be delivered to the wrong address. I was put on hold and sent over to someone who said she didnt know what to do. This person also talked over me when I was attempting to describe my problem. When I explained to her firmly after all her rude interruptions that I was put on hold and sent to her to help resolve my problem, and so I expected that she would be able to do so, she then blamed the person who sent me to her, and had the gall to call me rude despite her continually talking over me the whole time! After all these excuses and blame-shifting, she finally stopped to actually LISTEN to my problem, and sent me another number to call. Thankfully the number she finally gave to me after making excuses worked, the person on that number was much more polite and actually knew what she was doing, and my package was able to be redirected. It would have been nice to be given that number the first time and not have to deal with all the other nonsense before that.

I needed a map printed out in a large format. Although they couldnt make the size I needed they quickly called their south National location and got the project moving. I love their customer service... Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I went to ship a flashlight back to the manufacturer for repair. The battery was removed and the unit was stored complacently. The manager opened the box without my permission and asked me what the brackets were for. After telling her that she wasnt welcome to opening my belongings, she insisted that (only upon discovering what the contents were by opening my box) I tell her what purpose the flashlight served. I told her that it was a pistol flashlight and it was complacent with every shipping law and UPS policy. She pushed the box back at me and refused to process it. I asked her to cite the policy and rummaged for a sheet of paper she misplaced conveniently.I used to deposit my checks to USAA with UPS, now I go out of my way to link a local bank account with my primary account and gladly pay a wire transfer to avoid UPS. The fact that the manager is so ignorantly anti 2nd Amendment that she refuses to ship flashlights has convinced me to never spend a dime with UPS again. I even choose alternative shipping methods with online retailers to avoid UPS because of this.Your right to refuse my money; your right to earn this review.
